I love the flavors I love the flavors, the fresh ingredients, and how I don’t have to think about the meals or do any planning at all. Shipping is great, customer service is so easy and efficient through email or phone. The only reason I didn’t do a 5th star is I wish there was a little bit of options in meal choices or at least the ability to not include a certain meal if it’s not my taste preference.

I feel that the portions were extremely… I feel that the portions were extremely small! I get the calorie count. However, I have tried other plant-based meal subscription programs. And this is the smallest I've ever seen! Everything else I did like as far as the presentation variety taste excetera excetera was great. But I can't past this portion size they look kiddie sized.

Still loving N4L i’ve tried almost every meal delivery service out there and i noticed that most of them run into problems with delivering on time, food arriving cold, and packaging issues. i’ve been getting N4L 5 day meal kits for 9 months now. seldom have there been any issues, but when there were the staff was quick to resolve and provided such great customer service. i love the new box it came to my house looking pristine, as did the meals. the bruschetta salad was to die for. i plan to switch to “pick your meals,” so that i can always order multiple of my faves!

Do not Order… I wish i read the reviews before i placed my order with nutrition for longevity. I have used many different fully prepared meal companies and so far this is the worst one. Food has no taste, pasta came uncooked, delivery came super late. I ended up throwing out all of them. Contacted customer service and was very disappointed with their answer.

Pros and Cons The Pescatarian food is fresh, healthy, tasty, and can be quickly prepared. I love having a fresh salad for lunch everyday. Unfortunately, I didn't care for several of the breakfasts and received them several times in subsequent orders. I would have given 5 stars if the consumer could choose which meals would be sent each week from a wider selection. When the food box is delivered by UPS, the drivers turn the box in all directions when handling. This disturbs the food inside. It would be good to include a "this side up" message on boxes in the future. Broken taco shells might be less likely. The pros outweigh the cons and I will continue to use Nutrition for Longevity.
