I received a box of produce that was… I received a box of produce that was warm, smelled because the 2 ice packs were room temp. Various plastic containers were open and almost everything was strewn all over in the large amount of empty space. The 4 potatoes were soft and small and it wasn’t anything like I expected or thought I was paying for. However I gave them three stars because they responded immediately when I emailed them and I truly appreciated their excellent customer service.

I was so sad when I received my olive… I was so sad when I received my olive oil. Even though your shipping department clearly took all precautions to ensure safe delivery--padded envelope and adequate additional peanuts inside,the bottle shattered during shipment and leaked inside the shipping envelope. Nutrition for Longevity's meal service… Nutrition for Longevity's meal service is excellent! The quality of food is the highest I've ever seen for a meal delivery kit (even better than my grocery store in most cases), and I love the variety of recipes. There has only been one meal I didn't like so far after 3 weeks, and I'm known for being a picky eater. I have recommended N4L to everyone I know already.

I love the flavors I love the flavors, the fresh ingredients, and how I don’t have to think about the meals or do any planning at all. Shipping is great, customer service is so easy and efficient through email or phone. The only reason I didn’t do a 5th star is I wish there was a little bit of options in meal choices or at least the ability to not include a certain meal if it’s not my taste preference.

vegan meal plan - delicious! I ordered vegan meal plan. The food was much testier that back in November, 2020. Also, meals are very creative and beautiful now. I really liked the idea of adding riced cauliflower to oatmeal- the portion looks bigger without additional grain calories. This time my package was delivered by UPS - I was glad! They have better notifications and service. FedEx lost my package from Prolon few days ago. Thank you very much! I will be ordering again and again.
