Pros and Cons The Pescatarian food is fresh, healthy, tasty, and can be quickly prepared. I love having a fresh salad for lunch everyday. Unfortunately, I didn't care for several of the breakfasts and received them several times in subsequent orders. I would have given 5 stars if the consumer could choose which meals would be sent each week from a wider selection. When the food box is delivered by UPS, the drivers turn the box in all directions when handling. This disturbs the food inside. It would be good to include a "this side up" message on boxes in the future. Broken taco shells might be less likely. The pros outweigh the cons and I will continue to use Nutrition for Longevity.

Do not Order… I wish i read the reviews before i placed my order with nutrition for longevity. I have used many different fully prepared meal companies and so far this is the worst one. Food has no taste, pasta came uncooked, delivery came super late. I ended up throwing out all of them. Contacted customer service and was very disappointed with their answer.

No Meals for Reflux/GERD They have no food if you have Acid Reflux/GERD or IBS. All food either are spicy, have tomato sauce/lemon juice or chocolate. CS Reps who give assessment have no idea what Reflux is and dont understand what you cant eat. First Delivery all had tomato sauce/lemon juice or spicy. They also didnt understand difference between Hamburger meat and protein. When I said no hamburger meat they also included no chicken/pork/turkey. Replacement sent was 14 meals of Chocolate zucchini bread. I had to donate all and cancelled

Great variety and meals so far. Packaging g not so great Great variety and meals so far. I wish the labels had a better nutritional profile. Macros are fine but what about salt sugar fiber and other nutrients? Also I wish I could pick some of the selections. I don’t like sugary breakfasts for example. And I wish I could have the spicy hot sauces on the side. Sometimes it is too spicy Lastly, the packaging is too much plastic. Recyclable bpa and other chemical free packaging would make this feel a whole lot healthier

Easy to eat healthy! I tried the 3-day pescatarian heat and eat box The food only took a couple minutes to heat and was pretty tasty! My only problem was trying to find out when my food would arrive. I never got a shipping notification or tracking number, and I had no place to submit a delivery date option when ordering.
