Fantastic steaks! Everything was very high quality and the steaks were large, thick and delicious. I wa surprised that the steaks were frozen solid upon delivery. However, they thawed wonderfully in the refrigerator over 24-hours and then we grilled them to perfection. Everyone that partook recommended we order from Meat the Butchers again.

Wasn't really blown away by the quality… Wasn't really blown away by the quality of the meat. It would have been nice if it was labeled. Its a conveinent way to go but we think we'll just stick to local butchers. Also really trying to find somewhere that will preseason it for us.

Meat is excellent in quality Meat is excellent in quality, and is trimmed well. Had a problem with the packing process (was shorted a few items) but the problem was ultimately addressed and fixed.

Customer service excellent They are best when getting there product to you .. they made a huge effort to make sure by calling me that I received the product. Also the delivery girl called and took the extra step to deliver my package to another address since I wasn’t home thank you

Has great steaks Has great steaks, but they need to fix their website so we can order online. I don't want to go through the hassle of calling to order also only being able to order between 10am-4pm? W...T...F? What's the point of an online store that you have to call to order and force your customers to jump through hoops to place an order? Guess I'll be going back to meat artisan
