GBHorrible service Got my order and it was warm and the meat was spoiled. Called customer service and was told I will be sent a new order right away. 2 weeks later still no order. Called again and it was like they forgot about my order and had no knowledge of my previous complaint. About a month later I finally received my order. I won’t be using this place again

GBFantastic steaks! Everything was very high quality and the steaks were large, thick and delicious. I wa surprised that the steaks were frozen solid upon delivery. However, they thawed wonderfully in the refrigerator over 24-hours and then we grilled them to perfection. Everyone that partook recommended we order from Meat the Butchers again.

GBReview your order and recheck. I received my order of carpaccio later than expected. It arrived frozen as they told me it would. However, I was not able to serve it at our party as it was quite brown. If you order carpaccio, it would be wise to make sure they send fresh,( not frozen ), uncut filet. The meat looked like it would have been a beautiful filet had it been shipped fresh. It was well marbled. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away as it could not be used. I have learned my lesson.

GBMidwesterners Meet So Cal Moving from the Midwest to So Cal meant trying to find beef that compared to what we left behind. The skirt steaks rival the best I had access to in Chicago, and the brisket was, by far, more tender than any I have made before (and, I have made many....). In addition, the Scottish salmon is amazing. I will definitely continue to purchase from Meat the Butchers. The quality, butchery and ease of ordering/delivery make it a win-win.

GBHas great steaks Has great steaks, but they need to fix their website so we can order online. I don't want to go through the hassle of calling to order also only being able to order between 10am-4pm? W...T...F? What's the point of an online store that you have to call to order and force your customers to jump through hoops to place an order? Guess I'll be going back to meat artisan
