Rep said that the “ Category” section of the machine description sometimes does not function properly. GBI have spent time reviewing and… I have spent time reviewing and responding to a little over 30 text messages and all have been fraud. I paid for a professional product to sell my equipment, I get less fraud from Craigslist. It beyond reasonable that a paying customer would have to deal with this type of response from a simple sellers ad. As a business owner I don’t have time to deal with this nonsense, I expect you guys (Equipment Trader) to do a much better job vetting those whom stock your sites and prey on your customers for fraud opportunities. I call Equipment Trader Monday, this last week to inform your company of the experience, left a message, and no one has responded back. For the amount of money I paid to list my truck and loader in your digital publications, and to have only (1) one legitimate response, and over 30 fraud responses, causes me to ask myself, “what’s the real intention of the Trader publications companies”. GBTech support took care of my blunders Well! ET wouldn’t upload pictures, let me write the description so I had to start all over again. About three times. But I was distracted as well with my retired husband looking over my shoulder! I think it best, Monday, I will call Customer Service to make sure I have everything correct. I do better with verbal assistance. I know CS will get me on track. They have always been so helpful. I sent an email to Customer Service or tech They gave instructions and also fixed a couple of things that I couldn’t fix after submitting ad. Everything worked out great. Now if only our equipnent would sell as fast as Tech support fixed my mistakes. I’m in hopes.
