GBTech support took care of my blunders Well! ET wouldn’t upload pictures, let me write the description so I had to start all over again. About three times. But I was distracted as well with my retired husband looking over my shoulder! I think it best, Monday, I will call Customer Service to make sure I have everything correct. I do better with verbal assistance. I know CS will get me on track. They have always been so helpful. I sent an email to Customer Service or tech They gave instructions and also fixed a couple of things that I couldn’t fix after submitting ad. Everything worked out great. Now if only our equipnent would sell as fast as Tech support fixed my mistakes. I’m in hopes.

GBAd Exposure? I haven’t had any inquiries about my ad after a week. I don’t know what kind of penetration this site enjoys in the market. I found the set up a bit difficult and had to get help from the staff, who were quite friendly and efficient.

GBEasy even for us old folks! Just the ease of using the website. Trying to figure out how to judge the pricing for the equipment is the toughest part. But the website is very easy to use, even for us old folks.

GBI would like to see specific options… I would like to see specific options for generators. My unit is stationary, but I had to choose tracked or wheeled by options like voltages, frequency, alternator information and control information we’re missing.
