When we first got the oxygen card the… When we first got the oxygen card the cash back rewards were MUCH BETTER! You have limited AND changed the retailers we can shop with, the frequency we can shop and when we can retrieve our cash back rewards

On the decline I love this bank but their focus has shifted away from everyday checking and has focused their attention on their business checking. The rewards aren't the same and honestly there are better options out there for online banking. Bring back the instant 10$ referrals, and give customers better perks for card upgrades.

“Best Bank Ever…” Oxygen has been by far the best bank I’ve ever dealt with I work at Fedex and I put my check in by direct deposit and I always get my check at least 2 days before the other guys that I work with!!! Great savings account also and plenty of cash back opportunities !!! The only thing I would like to see changed is that I can’t get an extra bank card for my wife?????

Amazing card… I have had excellent service since day one. I love the cash back feature. I also really love the responses from vendors commenting on how unique the physical card is!

BE WARNED!!! I used to love oxygen for years it was my only debit card until I recently had my tax refund deposited to my oxygen account. Then they froze my account and would not unfreeze it even after verifying my identity, became impossible to deal with and would not return calls or emails, and couldn't even give me consistent information between different customer service representatives. Then I looked online and found out I'm not alone. TONS of people are having the same issue as me. They used to be great but now OXYGEN IS A SCAM. They are now closing my account and I'm praying they send me my money back by check but I'm not going to hold my breath. So far they have held my money for 10 months and will not release it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
