GBCashback is meh but the only positive. Cashback is cool, but waiting a til "oxygen day" (every month on the 8th) to use it is stupid. So you're locked out of cashback, but it use to be as soon as you hit the $10 minimum. They don't have any credit builders, loans, line of credit, or anything like varo, chime, Albert.

GBBE WARNED!!! I used to love oxygen for years it was my only debit card until I recently had my tax refund deposited to my oxygen account. Then they froze my account and would not unfreeze it even after verifying my identity, became impossible to deal with and would not return calls or emails, and couldn't even give me consistent information between different customer service representatives. Then I looked online and found out I'm not alone. TONS of people are having the same issue as me. They used to be great but now OXYGEN IS A SCAM. They are now closing my account and I'm praying they send me my money back by check but I'm not going to hold my breath. So far they have held my money for 10 months and will not release it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

GBOpportunities to upgrade my card Opportunities to upgrade my card, having a business account that I can easily transfer to my personal account. Having an easy way to save money when I spend money. I would love more vendors that I shop at regularly to be on the list of cashback options.

GBI have been an Oxygen Banking member… I have been an Oxygen Banking member for a year. Everything was fine until I was a victim of theft and subsequent fraud. My phone was stolen and all my accounts that were tied to my phone were ruined. I provided a police report and oxygen said “no error found” and denied the claim. I refuse to be on the hook for $450 I never spent. Avoid oxygen at all costs. On advice of others I’ll be submitting to the BBB and FTC. Visa guarantees its customers 0% liability for unauthorized charges. They re opened the dispute and it’s looking like this will be a 6 week process. I’ve reached out to my states attorney general and filed a grievance with their office.

I feel safe with the extra steps they take to verify that who I say I am go the extra mile to help a customer example I had charges on my account that weren't mine and I went to shut the car down and the middle of the next day I'll send my card wasn't working and when I called they turned it back on from one more time so I could use it and have been on it ever since. Excellent banking employees.
