USLove this banking! Absolutely love using this banking service the only down fall was having to pay $300 for the fire element and the fact how when u go to an ATM that charges you $3 to pull money out, ok that's fine but what's not fake is how oxygen also charges you am extra $3 just for still doing that. Which I'm not so sure how come that happens but it sucks! The perks are great can't complain their! Even tho the fire element cost so much for the card I cant however fully complain about the price when the card is just wonderful and so worth the money spent!

USyou changed the cashback experience you changed the cashback experience. Its a hassle and unappealing to even use the cashback feature anymore. you could at least now make it automatic cashback and not limit the variety of retailers to just 1% of all available companies. you could implement all food $1 back not just 10 different restaurants and all other retail the 5 or 6% depending on element level and exclude all money transfer. most every transaction already is categorized so I don't get why you're system can't automatically process cashback for each category on a weekly and daily basis. I don't want to be forced to limit my shopping to a select few retailers of your choosing to get cashback!

USOpportunities to upgrade my card Opportunities to upgrade my card, having a business account that I can easily transfer to my personal account. Having an easy way to save money when I spend money. I would love more vendors that I shop at regularly to be on the list of cashback options.

USWorthless frauds don't let these liars rob you too too stupid to read or do your own jobs. Just another fake "bank" full of fraud and false advertising I get to sue. Don't care if you want to cry about me stating your illegal actions out loud won't change facts. And their response is as full of worthless lies as they are. If emailing worked they wouldn't have fraudulently stolen my money, sent me proof via email then spent months lying about it like they don't understand what a receipt is.

I feel safe with the extra steps they take to verify that who I say I am go the extra mile to help a customer example I had charges on my account that weren't mine and I went to shut the car down and the middle of the next day I'll send my card wasn't working and when I called they turned it back on from one more time so I could use it and have been on it ever since. Excellent banking employees.
