My phone was stolen and all my accounts that were tied to my phone were ruined. I provided a police report and oxygen said “no error found” and denied the claim. I refuse to be on the hook for $450 I never spent. Avoid oxygen at all costs. On advice of others I’ll be submitting to the BBB and FTC. Visa guarantees its customers 0% liability for unauthorized charges. They re opened the dispute and it’s looking like this will be a 6 week process. I’ve reached out to my states attorney general and filed a grievance with their office.

No longer appealing Cashback incentives were the biggest reason I loved this bank. The latest update has heavily restricted which vendors cashback can be earned at and when your cashback rewards can be deposited to your account.
