Its a hassle and unappealing to even use the cashback feature anymore. you could at least now make it automatic cashback and not limit the variety of retailers to just 1% of all available companies. you could implement all food $1 back not just 10 different restaurants and all other retail the 5 or 6% depending on element level and exclude all money transfer. most every transaction already is categorized so I don't get why you're system can't automatically process cashback for each category on a weekly and daily basis. I don't want to be forced to limit my shopping to a select few retailers of your choosing to get cashback!

Fluid banking with lots of benefits I've been using Oxygen for about 3 years now and I have to say it's been my favorite banking experience so far. I really enjoy the single use cards and vendors specific card options they provide, they offer another layer of privacy and security that other banks do not. Getting paid early is definitely a nice bonus as well, I look forward to banking with Oxygen for years to come.

I feel safe with the extra steps they take to verify that who I say I am go the extra mile to help a customer example I had charges on my account that weren't mine and I went to shut the car down and the middle of the next day I'll send my card wasn't working and when I called they turned it back on from one more time so I could use it and have been on it ever since. I have a secondary account with oxygen… I have a secondary account with oxygen I haven't been able to log in for months they claim it's because my bootloader is unlocked on my phone but honestly it's non of there business as they do not pay my phone bill.i hope this bank fails and would love to check to see if I have money in there.count me as a excustomer especially being my other bank accounts do not care about how I operate my device

No longer appealing Cashback incentives were the biggest reason I loved this bank. The latest update has heavily restricted which vendors cashback can be earned at and when your cashback rewards can be deposited to your account. They've also reduced the amount of money earned per purchase. Unfortunately after a few years with Oxygen it may be time to move on.
