GBMeals not properly sealed and inadequate packaging. The meals I ordered were in flimsy cheap-looking pressed-cardboard containers with loose lids that were not sealed at all, so the containers had opened up during delivery. As a result, food had spilled out into the carton. Although the items did arrive chilled, there were no cold packs or dry ice in the delivery carton at all, only shredded paper. This appears to be an amateur company that doesn't even know how to properly seal their food in first-class containers and has very inadequate packaging. I will not be ordering food from them again, and I recommend that no one else does, either!

GBFood arrived when expected Food arrived when expected. Definitely has helped with maintain my diet while giving me the the convenience of just popping it in the oven. Food taste amazing as well!

GBDelicious Mesls I got an e mail when to expect my order. It arrived on time. Got an e mail when it was delivered. So far all the meals have been delicious. I need to read the ingredients more carefully though since some entrees include milk products which I can’t have normally. I did eat it though and it was amazing. As long as their service is like the first order I would definitely order more meals.

GBHORRIBLE customer service!! WORST customer service! Here’s their response to my complaints about not receiving my delivery and receiving terrible customer service. Apparently when you do not receive your order you do not deserve a refund! Ha. This company is a joke. All their customer service responses came via an iPhone with no names given. See their response: “You got a refund even when you were not entitled to own from us and yet you are still griping. And the problem is with us? Please tell us more.”

GBI placed my first order in August 2021… I placed my first order in August 2021 it is now October 2021 and I have not received my first order and the company has been taking money from my account and not delivering/shipping my order. I have sent Debye mails asking them to cancel my subscription and refund my money. I had to alert my bank of the fraudulent transaction because the company has not responded to my emails regarding refunding my money.
