The Juan Tabo location in Albuquerque The Juan Tabo location in Albuquerque, New Mexico has made a practice of not providing the entire meal (drinks, sides, even entire orders....), then making it nearly impossible to get your money back on what they did not deliver. I was even told that I did not get an item I paid for because I chose not to get it??? So, I paid for something and then requested they don't provide it??? This location is a nickel and dime rip-off organization. Don't order from here, they will pull a lame ignorance game on the phone when you call then put you on hold. Our family always buy pizza from Pizza… Our family always buy pizza from Pizza Hut whenever we have a 'Family Day'. We were just saddened because we noticed that their pizzas are getting smaller and the toppings are fewer than before. I hope they bring back the old quality of their pizzas.

Complained via Facebook messenger to get a voucher not even full value of the items purchased and now I have given up complaining directly so leaving a 1* review. Really poor customer service in general and a total disappointment and waste of money. Will stay with Dominos at least they get the order right!
