GBPizza hut has lost its quality Pizza hut has lost its quality. The pizza quality has gone down the toillet so backwards it's seem the top management don't care any more, it's all about the bottom line. I also had the ice cream here they use the cheapest ingredients, for example the vanilla ice seems like it's the cheapest ice cream worst than the soft scoop

CAPooja at the Fort Erie location saved… Pooja at the Fort Erie location saved the sale. There was a computer issue and my order was not made. I was frustrated and about to leave the store but Pooja offered me the "second pizza for a dollar" deal which I felt that I had used. The 2 pizzas were fantastic and I want to thank the Garrison Road team for a great experience.

GBPoor quality, poor value Poor quality food ,very greasy under coating, app ordering was not a seemless process ether, and the cost showed a real disconnect between quality, value for money and happy customers. Nearly £63 for 2 pizzas and 3 coke refills is nothing to do with cost of living crisis but more to do with a money grab on sub standard products ,a real shame. However the staff were great, it's a pity the company is not doing more to provide a quality destination to go with the staffs great standards

GB4 orders in a row that’s gone wrong 4 orders in a row that’s gone wrong! Ashford branch obviously don’t know what they’re doing. Complained via Facebook messenger to get a voucher not even full value of the items purchased and now I have given up complaining directly so leaving a 1* review. Really poor customer service in general and a total disappointment and waste of money. Will stay with Dominos at least they get the order right!

GBPizza Hut Sudbury Hill avoid not unless… Pizza Hut Sudbury Hill avoid not unless you want to pay for an order that turns up cold & there’s no apology & it’s your fault for complaining to the driver/rider. They then try & say it’s your fault cos their system gives out the wrong address, absolute amateurs.
