Food arrived cold We ordered a home delivery yesterday. It arrived cold and had to be microwaved. No point in getting in contact. You just get the generic sorry you had a bad experience, which translates to tough but we don't really give a toss

Food cold yet again Food cold yet again. Haven't ordered anything for over a year but thought I'd give them another chance. Absolutely inedible. What a waste of money

Visited a store in Bristol Bedminster Visited a store in Bristol Bedminster, service was terrible. Loads of tables were very dirty, I asked two different members of staff for a cloth to wipe my own table as myself, partner and 4 children wanted to sit down, I have no issue cleaning it myself however one person looked at my grunted and walked off never returned and asked again they said they will be out and do it. Never came. Staff are very rude, bins over flowing with rubbish, messing up many people’s orders

Cold food Cold food, fries always freezing and limp. Just not good every time This was a delivery again from McDonald’s ( new George street Plymouth , Devon) It happens all the time in McDonald’s , cold fries etc and quite often doesn’t even feel clean.

Stains Branch (next to two rivers) Amazing service and the food was the best I ever tasted from this chain. Thank you guys!
