Visited a store in Bristol Bedminster Visited a store in Bristol Bedminster, service was terrible. Loads of tables were very dirty, I asked two different members of staff for a cloth to wipe my own table as myself, partner and 4 children wanted to sit down, I have no issue cleaning it myself however one person looked at my grunted and walked off never returned and asked again they said they will be out and do it. Never came. Staff are very rude, bins over flowing with rubbish, messing up many people’s orders

McDonalds Thamesmead McDonalds Thamesmead Went in with one off my friends, ordered two meals on the kiosk. Then to wait a long time when there was not a single soul in there. They love to get McDelivery orders out off the way first which I think is absolutely disgusting. I then get my food, then I was asked did you order drinks. Isn't it your job to check my order for whether I ordered drinks? Staff are rude and full of attitude. My mighty mcmuffin with ketchup came with no ketchup in it. The bacon was undercooked. 1 star for you. Please improve on your customer service!

Definitely not fast food Absolutely no way, this can be called fast food. Currently sat in my car outside McDonald’s in Leigh Lancashire for the best part of 25 minutes.. what an absolute joke

Go Hungry it’s preferable Through the App obviously got it wrong, arrived stone cold. Uber eats always drop off at least one place before. May as well eat cardboard, if you don’t believe try yourself good luck.

I placed an order on March 7th I placed an order on March 7th, for Mcdelivery, time kept extending to which I had to cancel my order after waiting for 1 1/2. Uber eats said they refunded me and should receive it within 7-10 days. Its been a month and still no refund. I call McDonald's Corporate and they automatically transfer me back to uber eats. McDonald's doesn't take responsibility for nothing being placed on their app. And uber eats says after 10 days, it falls on McDonalds. Going in a circle has me frustrated so I'm disputing it with my bank to get my money back.
