EH... I don't think its right to charge $150.00 to see an event that over 90 days old. I believe since we are a customer and are using equipment of yours then we should be able to view any historical data, at least at a cheaper rate. The New Platform still has deficiencies and is missing exporting functions.

The Driver Safety Program Lytx provides is an essential tool in coaching and improving our Driver Corps. The training from Lytx on how to use the system and target safety concerns was thorough, properly paced for our staff to ensure that everyone understood and was able to maneuver through the Lytx site easily, confidently, effectively. I am going to million dollor sue to… I am going to million dollor sue to this company. Because so many malfunction detect posted speed. On the highway when i bypass closed scale, but lytx read right side scale enter speed 30mph then warning "speed speed" this means cannot distingush what belongs posted sign. If i am not entering Scale then i can drive as 65mph. Not only this more a lot like missjudgement speed warning very daingerious to driver. If i call got break then other following truck can hit my truck. Why this company sale like unfair device? I will show you, fair judgement at the court using by collected evidence, also unfair pressure to driver it can cause mental disturbing on the driving. This company must ready for this. Fxx device. Are you ready to defend my sue? Also this Lytx install company cannot defend because my Law firm is very good company.

As a fedex contractor this is the… As a fedex contractor this is the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. They close tickets with no resolve and then put you off another 3-5 business days. Per fedex these trucks can’t run without a camera. I’d PAY good money to get out of this contract if I could just get anybody to pick up the damn phone. They won’t allow you to talk to management and as stated in other reviews have exactly zero urgency. It is the most dreadful part of being a fedex contractor.
