GBEasily the worse experience and talk… Easily the worse experience and talk about over promise under delivery. It is a pain to change or do anything to your system without calling customer service. When you do, they send you to an aggressive offshore call center. This company is 100% cheap and give you the worst product after you sign a contract, go to any other company, Im going to break the contract and possibly sue based on them not being able to record an accident that happened.

GBEH... I don't think its right to charge $150.00 to see an event that over 90 days old. I believe since we are a customer and are using equipment of yours then we should be able to view any historical data, at least at a cheaper rate. The New Platform still has deficiencies and is missing exporting functions.

GBI am going to million dollor sue to… I am going to million dollor sue to this company. Because so many malfunction detect posted speed. On the highway when i bypass closed scale, but lytx read right side scale enter speed 30mph then warning "speed speed" this means cannot distingush what belongs posted sign. If i am not entering Scale then i can drive as 65mph. Not only this more a lot like missjudgement speed warning very daingerious to driver. If i call got break then other following truck can hit my truck. Why this company sale like unfair device? I will show you, fair judgement at the court using by collected evidence, also unfair pressure to driver it can cause mental disturbing on the driving. This company must ready for this. Fxx device. Are you ready to defend my sue? Also this Lytx install company cannot defend because my Law firm is very good company.

GBLytx is nothing but a tool for… Lytx is nothing but a tool for companies to mentally abuse their drivers. It is only ever used against the driver. Any incident where the driver is involved in a near collision that is not the drivers fault, the company using these cameras and Lytx, want nothing to do with it. I drive an articulated lorry and I have had several incidents where the company I work for and Lytx did f!!(k all about. One involved a Hailmann AG lorry undertaking me on the hardshoulder and nearly killing the highway maintenance working on the hardshoulder, if I didn't slow down the foreign lorry would crashed into me pushing me onto the vehicles on the right me. Their a f!!(king disgrace.

GBCustomer service and tech support are… Customer service and tech support are slow to respond and can't get issues resolved in a timely manner. Tech support reps are hard to understand. Billing issues that are going over 3 weeks with no resolution. Events requested to be removed take days to be moved out of the inbox. Constant issues with service disruptions - either cameras not connecting, website running slow, slow video uploads, live feed or browse videos freezing up, etc.
