CAgood service overall good service overall, i do believe some pointable offences assigned to my drivers are sometimes a bit harsh though, especially when doubled up on. For example when a driver is following too close and gets points for late response as well. I will accept the following distance points but I do feel the late response points are over kill. GBCustomer service and tech support are… Customer service and tech support are slow to respond and can't get issues resolved in a timely manner. Tech support reps are hard to understand. Billing issues that are going over 3 weeks with no resolution. Events requested to be removed take days to be moved out of the inbox. Constant issues with service disruptions - either cameras not connecting, website running slow, slow video uploads, live feed or browse videos freezing up, etc.

GBDisappointed be better America If I could rate this system lower I absolutely would. There is nothing more disgusting than some useless waste of space sitting behind a computer telling a hard working useful member of society how to do a job the person behind the computer has absolutely no understanding of. Truck drivers make this world work and save lives. Every person working at lytx is worth less than the dog scat on the bottom of the boot of any man with a real job. The camera shows the worst angles making drivers look guilty. This is a system to fire employees not coach better drivers. If you want to coach drivers sit in the truck don’t sit behind a desk. A dash cam is the show fault in wrecks a driver cam is for sexual gratification of depraved losers. Get a real job. Any real driver is dissatisfied and disappointed. Be better America.

GBSystem effective but lacks simplicity. I like the system overall, however I do not like having AI review the event before sending to me. It makes too many errors which are later removed from my history. I only need pertinent event data, not data that has to be reviewed more than once to ensure accuracy.

GBFoodliner/Questliner Our process to choose a provider was rather lengthy. Mike Ayersman was our sales rep. he did a very nice job with presentation and patience. We felt that Lytx was going to fit our needs from a perspective of overall fleet safety and improvements. We are about 60% installed at this point and have been able to start the coaching process. Amanda Wehunt is our SCSM and has been patient as well as a great source of information as we navigate the tool and work for positive results. We are off to great start and hope to have solid measures as quickly as possible.
