Disappointed be better America If I could rate this system lower I absolutely would. There is nothing more disgusting than some useless waste of space sitting behind a computer telling a hard working useful member of society how to do a job the person behind the computer has absolutely no understanding of. Truck drivers make this world work and save lives. Every person working at lytx is worth less than the dog scat on the bottom of the boot of any man with a real job. The camera shows the worst angles making drivers look guilty. This is a system to fire employees not coach better drivers. If you want to coach drivers sit in the truck don’t sit behind a desk. A dash cam is the show fault in wrecks a driver cam is for sexual gratification of depraved losers. Get a real job. Any real driver is dissatisfied and disappointed. Be better America.

EH... I don't think its right to charge $150.00 to see an event that over 90 days old. I believe since we are a customer and are using equipment of yours then we should be able to view any historical data, at least at a cheaper rate. The New Platform still has deficiencies and is missing exporting functions.

The Driver Safety Program Lytx provides is an essential tool in coaching and improving our Driver Corps. The training from Lytx on how to use the system and target safety concerns was thorough, properly paced for our staff to ensure that everyone understood and was able to maneuver through the Lytx site easily, confidently, effectively. Customer service and tech support are… Customer service and tech support are slow to respond and can't get issues resolved in a timely manner. Tech support reps are hard to understand. Billing issues that are going over 3 weeks with no resolution. Events requested to be removed take days to be moved out of the inbox. Constant issues with service disruptions - either cameras not connecting, website running slow, slow video uploads, live feed or browse videos freezing up, etc.

Lytx Camera is Distracting Its obvious that most of these reviews are by people who work for Lytx or have something to gain by positive feedback. The Lytx AI is junk! ... NOT ChatGPT, thats for sure, because its wrong most of the time. It says your speeding constantly, when your not. For example, on the interstate, it constantly says your speeding anytime you pass entrance or exit ramp. The company claims its picking up the speed limit on the ramp or feeder. If you know this, then why don't you get your programmers to fix it! It goes off all the time saying 'Seatbelt', when your wearing your seatbelt. I could go on and on. Its nothing but a distraction when your driving and should be removed for safety reasons.
