CAgood service overall good service overall, i do believe some pointable offences assigned to my drivers are sometimes a bit harsh though, especially when doubled up on. For example when a driver is following too close and gets points for late response as well. I will accept the following distance points but I do feel the late response points are over kill. GBLytx is nothing but a tool for… Lytx is nothing but a tool for companies to mentally abuse their drivers. It is only ever used against the driver. Any incident where the driver is involved in a near collision that is not the drivers fault, the company using these cameras and Lytx, want nothing to do with it. I drive an articulated lorry and I have had several incidents where the company I work for and Lytx did f!!(k all about. One involved a Hailmann AG lorry undertaking me on the hardshoulder and nearly killing the highway maintenance working on the hardshoulder, if I didn't slow down the foreign lorry would crashed into me pushing me onto the vehicles on the right me. Their a f!!(king disgrace.

GBFoodliner/Questliner Our process to choose a provider was rather lengthy. Mike Ayersman was our sales rep. he did a very nice job with presentation and patience. We felt that Lytx was going to fit our needs from a perspective of overall fleet safety and improvements. We are about 60% installed at this point and have been able to start the coaching process. Amanda Wehunt is our SCSM and has been patient as well as a great source of information as we navigate the tool and work for positive results. We are off to great start and hope to have solid measures as quickly as possible.

GBAs a fedex contractor this is the… As a fedex contractor this is the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. They close tickets with no resolve and then put you off another 3-5 business days. Per fedex these trucks can’t run without a camera. I’d PAY good money to get out of this contract if I could just get anybody to pick up the damn phone. They won’t allow you to talk to management and as stated in other reviews have exactly zero urgency. It is the most dreadful part of being a fedex contractor.

GBBlue Water Trucking is three months… Blue Water Trucking is three months into our Camera Program for our fleet. Thus far the program is a complete success. From the beginning, Lytx provided us with information, presentations and quotations to secure our business. The Driver Safety Program Lytx provides is an essential tool in coaching and improving our Driver Corps. The training from Lytx on how to use the system and target safety concerns was thorough, properly paced for our staff to ensure that everyone understood and was able to maneuver through the Lytx site easily, confidently, effectively.
