GBEH... I don't think its right to charge $150.00 to see an event that over 90 days old. I believe since we are a customer and are using equipment of yours then we should be able to view any historical data, at least at a cheaper rate. The New Platform still has deficiencies and is missing exporting functions.

GBBlue Water Trucking is three months… Blue Water Trucking is three months into our Camera Program for our fleet. Thus far the program is a complete success. From the beginning, Lytx provided us with information, presentations and quotations to secure our business. The Driver Safety Program Lytx provides is an essential tool in coaching and improving our Driver Corps. The training from Lytx on how to use the system and target safety concerns was thorough, properly paced for our staff to ensure that everyone understood and was able to maneuver through the Lytx site easily, confidently, effectively. GBFoodliner/Questliner Our process to choose a provider was rather lengthy. Mike Ayersman was our sales rep. he did a very nice job with presentation and patience. We felt that Lytx was going to fit our needs from a perspective of overall fleet safety and improvements. We are about 60% installed at this point and have been able to start the coaching process. Amanda Wehunt is our SCSM and has been patient as well as a great source of information as we navigate the tool and work for positive results. We are off to great start and hope to have solid measures as quickly as possible.

GBEasily the worse experience and talk… Easily the worse experience and talk about over promise under delivery. It is a pain to change or do anything to your system without calling customer service. When you do, they send you to an aggressive offshore call center. This company is 100% cheap and give you the worst product after you sign a contract, go to any other company, Im going to break the contract and possibly sue based on them not being able to record an accident that happened.
