Pleasant Vendor Experience I have used Lytx for over six years now with over 400 devices in service. Equipment quality is by far the best in the industry. System effective but lacks simplicity. I like the system overall, however I do not like having AI review the event before sending to me. It makes too many errors which are later removed from my history. I only need pertinent event data, not data that has to be reviewed more than once to ensure accuracy.

Customer service and tech support are… Customer service and tech support are slow to respond and can't get issues resolved in a timely manner. Tech support reps are hard to understand. Billing issues that are going over 3 weeks with no resolution. Events requested to be removed take days to be moved out of the inbox. Constant issues with service disruptions - either cameras not connecting, website running slow, slow video uploads, live feed or browse videos freezing up, etc.

Blue Water Trucking is three months… Blue Water Trucking is three months into our Camera Program for our fleet. Thus far the program is a complete success. From the beginning, Lytx provided us with information, presentations and quotations to secure our business. The Driver Safety Program Lytx provides is an essential tool in coaching and improving our Driver Corps. The training from Lytx on how to use the system and target safety concerns was thorough, properly paced for our staff to ensure that everyone understood and was able to maneuver through the Lytx site easily, confidently, effectively. Does NOT stand by product We were told cameras would work in older equipment, even supplying them with Make, Model, Year and Vin#, FYI, they do NOT. We had a couple of incidents and the cameras FAILED to record anything and customer service from Lytx was non existent. They are only after the money and the sales, with absolutely NO customer service or retention in mind. I would rate them a negative number if rating would allow.
