CAgood service overall good service overall, i do believe some pointable offences assigned to my drivers are sometimes a bit harsh though, especially when doubled up on. For example when a driver is following too close and gets points for late response as well. I will accept the following distance points but I do feel the late response points are over kill. GBFoodliner/Questliner Our process to choose a provider was rather lengthy. Mike Ayersman was our sales rep. he did a very nice job with presentation and patience. We felt that Lytx was going to fit our needs from a perspective of overall fleet safety and improvements. We are about 60% installed at this point and have been able to start the coaching process. Amanda Wehunt is our SCSM and has been patient as well as a great source of information as we navigate the tool and work for positive results. We are off to great start and hope to have solid measures as quickly as possible.

GBLytx Camera is Distracting Its obvious that most of these reviews are by people who work for Lytx or have something to gain by positive feedback. The Lytx AI is junk! ... NOT ChatGPT, thats for sure, because its wrong most of the time. It says your speeding constantly, when your not. For example, on the interstate, it constantly says your speeding anytime you pass entrance or exit ramp. The company claims its picking up the speed limit on the ramp or feeder. If you know this, then why don't you get your programmers to fix it! It goes off all the time saying 'Seatbelt', when your wearing your seatbelt. I could go on and on. Its nothing but a distraction when your driving and should be removed for safety reasons.

GBDoes NOT stand by product We were told cameras would work in older equipment, even supplying them with Make, Model, Year and Vin#, FYI, they do NOT. We had a couple of incidents and the cameras FAILED to record anything and customer service from Lytx was non existent. They are only after the money and the sales, with absolutely NO customer service or retention in mind. I would rate them a negative number if rating would allow.
