Terrible service all around Terrible service all around, zero communication once the sales team signs you up

Foodliner/Questliner Our process to choose a provider was rather lengthy. Mike Ayersman was our sales rep. he did a very nice job with presentation and patience. We felt that Lytx was going to fit our needs from a perspective of overall fleet safety and improvements. We are about 60% installed at this point and have been able to start the coaching process. Amanda Wehunt is our SCSM and has been patient as well as a great source of information as we navigate the tool and work for positive results. We are off to great start and hope to have solid measures as quickly as possible.

EH... I don't think its right to charge $150.00 to see an event that over 90 days old. I believe since we are a customer and are using equipment of yours then we should be able to view any historical data, at least at a cheaper rate. The New Platform still has deficiencies and is missing exporting functions.

Pleasant Vendor Experience I have used Lytx for over six years now with over 400 devices in service. Equipment quality is by far the best in the industry. System effective but lacks simplicity. I like the system overall, however I do not like having AI review the event before sending to me. It makes too many errors which are later removed from my history. I only need pertinent event data, not data that has to be reviewed more than once to ensure accuracy.
