CAgood service overall good service overall, i do believe some pointable offences assigned to my drivers are sometimes a bit harsh though, especially when doubled up on. For example when a driver is following too close and gets points for late response as well. I will accept the following distance points but I do feel the late response points are over kill. GBOur experience with Lytx is 4.5 stars… Our experience with Lytx is 4.5 stars with our movement to 5 stars. It is still new for us as we are just launching the coaching model structure, but like a new car, we still are learning new features that surprise and impress us.

GBEasily the worse experience and talk… Easily the worse experience and talk about over promise under delivery. It is a pain to change or do anything to your system without calling customer service. When you do, they send you to an aggressive offshore call center. This company is 100% cheap and give you the worst product after you sign a contract, go to any other company, Im going to break the contract and possibly sue based on them not being able to record an accident that happened.

GBLytx is nothing but a tool for… Lytx is nothing but a tool for companies to mentally abuse their drivers. It is only ever used against the driver. Any incident where the driver is involved in a near collision that is not the drivers fault, the company using these cameras and Lytx, want nothing to do with it. I drive an articulated lorry and I have had several incidents where the company I work for and Lytx did f!!(k all about. One involved a Hailmann AG lorry undertaking me on the hardshoulder and nearly killing the highway maintenance working on the hardshoulder, if I didn't slow down the foreign lorry would crashed into me pushing me onto the vehicles on the right me. Their a f!!(king disgrace.

GBAs a fedex contractor this is the… As a fedex contractor this is the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. They close tickets with no resolve and then put you off another 3-5 business days. Per fedex these trucks can’t run without a camera. I’d PAY good money to get out of this contract if I could just get anybody to pick up the damn phone. They won’t allow you to talk to management and as stated in other reviews have exactly zero urgency. It is the most dreadful part of being a fedex contractor.
