Customer service and tech support are… Customer service and tech support are slow to respond and can't get issues resolved in a timely manner. Tech support reps are hard to understand. Billing issues that are going over 3 weeks with no resolution. Events requested to be removed take days to be moved out of the inbox. Constant issues with service disruptions - either cameras not connecting, website running slow, slow video uploads, live feed or browse videos freezing up, etc.

Pleasant Vendor Experience I have used Lytx for over six years now with over 400 devices in service. Equipment quality is by far the best in the industry. Foodliner/Questliner Our process to choose a provider was rather lengthy. Mike Ayersman was our sales rep. he did a very nice job with presentation and patience. We felt that Lytx was going to fit our needs from a perspective of overall fleet safety and improvements. We are about 60% installed at this point and have been able to start the coaching process. Amanda Wehunt is our SCSM and has been patient as well as a great source of information as we navigate the tool and work for positive results. We are off to great start and hope to have solid measures as quickly as possible.

thx lytx just printed off what your… thx lytx just printed off what your camera does. thx for posting that you snitch on drivers for smoking or eating and drinking behind the wheel. reguardless of what you may think that is not illegal to do. This is a can of worms that you opened. Eating and drinking, as well as smoking is not distraction. However reporting this so called bad behavior to companies is an invasion of privacy. if my company calls me out on that or because i may yawn while driving, I predict a nice big lawsuit worth millions of dollar will be on its way to my pockets. i do not approve or give consent of my biometrics either. it may be legal in ca. but my privacy is in the constitution drive cameras are not. i suggest you keep your cameras to detecting holding a cell phone or bad behavior such as speeding. keep your cameras off my smoking or eating and drinking

Lytx Camera is Distracting Its obvious that most of these reviews are by people who work for Lytx or have something to gain by positive feedback. The Lytx AI is junk! ... NOT ChatGPT, thats for sure, because its wrong most of the time. It says your speeding constantly, when your not. For example, on the interstate, it constantly says your speeding anytime you pass entrance or exit ramp. The company claims its picking up the speed limit on the ramp or feeder. If you know this, then why don't you get your programmers to fix it! It goes off all the time saying 'Seatbelt', when your wearing your seatbelt. I could go on and on. Its nothing but a distraction when your driving and should be removed for safety reasons.
