GBEasily the worse experience and talk… Easily the worse experience and talk about over promise under delivery. It is a pain to change or do anything to your system without calling customer service. When you do, they send you to an aggressive offshore call center. This company is 100% cheap and give you the worst product after you sign a contract, go to any other company, Im going to break the contract and possibly sue based on them not being able to record an accident that happened.

As a FedEx contractor you must speak with client success team member which deals with FedEx only, well good luck I have never dealt with anyone who will not return an email a call or any type of help. I have been trying 3 weeks with no contact please stay away from Lytx is you except any type of support, you will not get it with this company!

GBDisappointed be better America If I could rate this system lower I absolutely would. There is nothing more disgusting than some useless waste of space sitting behind a computer telling a hard working useful member of society how to do a job the person behind the computer has absolutely no understanding of. Truck drivers make this world work and save lives. Every person working at lytx is worth less than the dog scat on the bottom of the boot of any man with a real job. The camera shows the worst angles making drivers look guilty. This is a system to fire employees not coach better drivers. If you want to coach drivers sit in the truck don’t sit behind a desk. A dash cam is the show fault in wrecks a driver cam is for sexual gratification of depraved losers. Get a real job. Any real driver is dissatisfied and disappointed. Be better America.

GBAs a fedex contractor this is the… As a fedex contractor this is the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. They close tickets with no resolve and then put you off another 3-5 business days. Per fedex these trucks can’t run without a camera. I’d PAY good money to get out of this contract if I could just get anybody to pick up the damn phone. They won’t allow you to talk to management and as stated in other reviews have exactly zero urgency. It is the most dreadful part of being a fedex contractor.

GBDoes NOT stand by product We were told cameras would work in older equipment, even supplying them with Make, Model, Year and Vin#, FYI, they do NOT. We had a couple of incidents and the cameras FAILED to record anything and customer service from Lytx was non existent. They are only after the money and the sales, with absolutely NO customer service or retention in mind. I would rate them a negative number if rating would allow.
