As a fedex contractor this is the… As a fedex contractor this is the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. They close tickets with no resolve and then put you off another 3-5 business days. Per fedex these trucks can’t run without a camera. I’d PAY good money to get out of this contract if I could just get anybody to pick up the damn phone. They won’t allow you to talk to management and as stated in other reviews have exactly zero urgency. It is the most dreadful part of being a fedex contractor.

This is a can of worms that you opened. Eating and drinking, as well as smoking is not distraction. However reporting this so called bad behavior to companies is an invasion of privacy. if my company calls me out on that or because i may yawn while driving, I predict a nice big lawsuit worth millions of dollar will be on its way to my pockets. i do not approve or give consent of my biometrics either. it may be legal in ca. but my privacy is in the constitution drive cameras are not. i suggest you keep your cameras to detecting holding a cell phone or bad behavior such as speeding. keep your cameras off my smoking or eating and drinking

good service overall good service overall, i do believe some pointable offences assigned to my drivers are sometimes a bit harsh though, especially when doubled up on. For example when a driver is following too close and gets points for late response as well. I will accept the following distance points but I do feel the late response points are over kill. Does NOT stand by product We were told cameras would work in older equipment, even supplying them with Make, Model, Year and Vin#, FYI, they do NOT. We had a couple of incidents and the cameras FAILED to record anything and customer service from Lytx was non existent. They are only after the money and the sales, with absolutely NO customer service or retention in mind. I would rate them a negative number if rating would allow.

On the highway when i bypass closed scale, but lytx read right side scale enter speed 30mph then warning "speed speed" this means cannot distingush what belongs posted sign. If i am not entering Scale then i can drive as 65mph. Not only this more a lot like missjudgement speed warning very daingerious to driver. If i call got break then other following truck can hit my truck. Why this company sale like unfair device? I will show you, fair judgement at the court using by collected evidence, also unfair pressure to driver it can cause mental disturbing on the driving. This company must ready for this. Fxx device. Are you ready to defend my sue? Also this Lytx install company cannot defend because my Law firm is very good company.
