System effective but lacks simplicity. I like the system overall, however I do not like having AI review the event before sending to me. It makes too many errors which are later removed from my history. I only need pertinent event data, not data that has to be reviewed more than once to ensure accuracy.

When you question their videos they become offended and make excuses instead of admitting it’s junk. How many stop signs do you know that pop up in middle of 65mph highway? Because it captures several everyday apparently in different cameras.

As a FedEx contractor you must speak with client success team member which deals with FedEx only, well good luck I have never dealt with anyone who will not return an email a call or any type of help.
