ZAI have been using mr d for some time… I have been using mr d for some time now. Have had the best experience but recently i have had the worst experiences to the point were i had to cancel orders twice because they never delivered or even driver collecting the order. Imagine waithing more than 2 hours for an order. Its amaizing how they never reply to my quiries. Only recieve those preset email nothing more

GBGreat service, delivery too high Great service, nice variety of restaurants, usually pretty quick! Love supporting local business owners! Downside is that it’s more expensive than other food delivery services. $6.99 is a bit much when we are right across the road from the $4.99 area (which is also more expensive than competitors, especially when considering that the food prices are also slightly higher than ordering take out and picking it up myself. We would definitely use mr. delivery more often if the delivery prices were less.

ZAMaybe train your delivery personnel to… Maybe train your delivery personnel to check an order before it leaves a restaurant. We ordered, and paid, for four drinks but only three arrived. The person who delivered it was told to bring the drink but she never bothered to return, no apology for forgetting it plus there was no response as to why it wasn't delivered. I won't use Mr Delivery again - pathetic service.

ZAPeople using Mr delivery please be… People using Mr delivery please be careful when placing an order with them. They cancelled the order after deducting the money from my account and never refunded it. This is deliberate robbery. Do not order from Mr D and pay with your card. Rather ensure you pay it in cash when the order arrive. Uber eats has never had this issue. My neighbour exactly the same happened to her. This is disgusting and it might be R139 order but how many of these totals are they deducting from peoples accounts and not refunding them claiming they can’t deliver the order. Please be aware when using the Mr Delivery app. This is dangerous.

ZAGeneral feedback There should be an option to give feedback without having to give the restaurant a low rating for general feedback. Have a phone number that you can be contacted on immediately. Turn around time to attend to complaints is too long. Stop asking for more details when details have been given already
