I am a regular client of Mr D but today… I am a regular client of Mr D but today I didn't receive my food😭payment already payed driver confirmed he dropped the food God knows to who definitely not me🙄worce got no call at all from the driver. Tried writing a query still waiting on feedback 😒.

Pathetic service ever Pathetic service ever, ordered from Mr D my order waa unsuccessful when I asked why mt order got cancelled a minutes after a driver collected they told me I was not available to accept the order... I mean I sent the driver a code to access at arrival he never replied but failed the delivery. Then I was told I owe the restaurant. I'm going to delete this pathetic app... Always stories when it comes to them dissapointed really.

Worst customer service possible! If I could rate the customer service a 0, that would still be too much! Honestly! So much back and forth with them copying and pasting the same answers which is always, send more info, which they already have all of the information that could possibly be given for inedible food and terrible service! Ordered food at around 19:00 expected… Ordered food at around 19:00 expected food to be delivered by 20:06 never delivered. I mean we order food because we don't feel like cooking that day, we ended up cooking late at night, just imagine waiting for food to be delivered. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company
