I placed an order and they deducted… I placed an order and they deducted money from my account then they said I have no order placed I called, I messaged same thing it's a scam Mr d doesn't deliver

I have been using mr d for some time… I have been using mr d for some time now. Have had the best experience but recently i have had the worst experiences to the point were i had to cancel orders twice because they never delivered or even driver collecting the order. Imagine waithing more than 2 hours for an order. Its amaizing how they never reply to my quiries. Only recieve those preset email nothing more

I am a regular client of Mr D but today… I am a regular client of Mr D but today I didn't receive my food😭payment already payed driver confirmed he dropped the food God knows to who definitely not me🙄worce got no call at all from the driver. Tried writing a query still waiting on feedback 😒.

The food arrived on time The food arrived on time. However, there were no serviettes like I had requested. and no cutlery also - I ate with my hands!!!! The ice-cream waffles had no biscuits as advertised. I am never ordering from Roco-Mama's, Newcastle Corner, Hutten Heights again. Such a disappointment.

Ordered food at around 19:00 expected… Ordered food at around 19:00 expected food to be delivered by 20:06 never delivered. I mean we order food because we don't feel like cooking that day, we ended up cooking late at night, just imagine waiting for food to be delivered. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company
