Mr. Delivery Pathetic If there were negative stars thats what they would get. Ordered from a regular pizza restaurant who's food is always good, but when our pizzas arrived, it looked as though they had been dropped and kicked around before delivery. I spoke with the restaurant who was prepared to offer me new pizzas whilst the Mr. Delivery person on the phone didnt even apologize and offered a R50 discount (of a R400 bill), absolutely uselss service, will never use them again

The food arrived on time The food arrived on time. However, there were no serviettes like I had requested. and no cutlery also - I ate with my hands!!!! The ice-cream waffles had no biscuits as advertised. I am never ordering from Roco-Mama's, Newcastle Corner, Hutten Heights again. Such a disappointment.

I paid for quality and the food came to me like someone took the food and swirled it around and to cover the fact that it was eaten, squashed the entire pizza to make it look like it wasnt. I called there customer care line twice, Spoke to an uneducated person called James, who couldnt even say his name! As he asked me for my order number he hanged up on me! The end time I called same story! Pathetic Service! We pay alot of money and this is the state the food must come in! I want a full refund! Please dont order from them, you will waste your money and time! disgraceful!
