I mean we order food because we don't feel like cooking that day, we ended up cooking late at night, just imagine waiting for food to be delivered. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company

Order went through but the app didn’t not confirm and no follow up on my order as it should normally when order is successful . So made alternative dinner arrangement . 2 hours later mr D calls and says my food is waiting to be collected.I explained to them the situation that I have had no confirmation and that their app must have glitched . Outcome no refund and my card being debited for approx R400. Thank you MR D for stealing from me. Uberfood my new provider now

Maybe train your delivery personnel to… Maybe train your delivery personnel to check an order before it leaves a restaurant. We ordered, and paid, for four drinks but only three arrived. The person who delivered it was told to bring the drink but she never bothered to return, no apology for forgetting it plus there was no response as to why it wasn't delivered. I won't use Mr Delivery again - pathetic service.

I paid for quality and the food came to me like someone took the food and swirled it around and to cover the fact that it was eaten, squashed the entire pizza to make it look like it wasnt. I called there customer care line twice, Spoke to an uneducated person called James, who couldnt even say his name! As he asked me for my order number he hanged up on me! The end time I called same story! Pathetic Service! We pay alot of money and this is the state the food must come in! I want a full refund!
