Not worth it for ruined food Drivers are friendly and professional. Food is sometimes hot sometimes cold. Always takes a long time. Anything that would taste better fresh is ruined, which is most things, so I’ll never use Mr Delivery again. Too much extra money for sub-par food. Would probably be fine for pizza or Indian food or other less-delicate stuff.

Great service, delivery too high Great service, nice variety of restaurants, usually pretty quick! Love supporting local business owners! Downside is that it’s more expensive than other food delivery services. $6.99 is a bit much when we are right across the road from the $4.99 area (which is also more expensive than competitors, especially when considering that the food prices are also slightly higher than ordering take out and picking it up myself. We would definitely use mr. delivery more often if the delivery prices were less.

The food arrived on time The food arrived on time. However, there were no serviettes like I had requested. and no cutlery also - I ate with my hands!!!! The ice-cream waffles had no biscuits as advertised. I am never ordering from Roco-Mama's, Newcastle Corner, Hutten Heights again. Such a disappointment.

General feedback There should be an option to give feedback without having to give the restaurant a low rating for general feedback. Have a phone number that you can be contacted on immediately. Turn around time to attend to complaints is too long. Stop asking for more details when details have been given already
