General feedback There should be an option to give feedback without having to give the restaurant a low rating for general feedback. Have a phone number that you can be contacted on immediately. Turn around time to attend to complaints is too long. Stop asking for more details when details have been given already

I am a regular client of Mr D but today… I am a regular client of Mr D but today I didn't receive my food😭payment already payed driver confirmed he dropped the food God knows to who definitely not me🙄worce got no call at all from the driver. Tried writing a query still waiting on feedback 😒.

The food arrived on time The food arrived on time. However, there were no serviettes like I had requested. and no cutlery also - I ate with my hands!!!! The ice-cream waffles had no biscuits as advertised. I am never ordering from Roco-Mama's, Newcastle Corner, Hutten Heights again. Such a disappointment.

My order was completely messed up were… My order was completely messed up were i never received my drink and the food itsself wasnt what i ordered , I was only reimbersed 25rand of my 75 rand order for food i didnt receive no eat. Worst experience ever. Support team complete trash. Poor app and honestly am telling all my friends to switch to different apps because this is not what u expect when u take out your money.
