Pathetic service ever Pathetic service ever, ordered from Mr D my order waa unsuccessful when I asked why mt order got cancelled a minutes after a driver collected they told me I was not available to accept the order... I mean I sent the driver a code to access at arrival he never replied but failed the delivery. Then I was told I owe the restaurant. I'm going to delete this pathetic app... Always stories when it comes to them dissapointed really.

I am a regular client of Mr D but today… I am a regular client of Mr D but today I didn't receive my food😭payment already payed driver confirmed he dropped the food God knows to who definitely not me🙄worce got no call at all from the driver. Tried writing a query still waiting on feedback 😒.

I paid for quality and the food came to me like someone took the food and swirled it around and to cover the fact that it was eaten, squashed the entire pizza to make it look like it wasnt. I called there customer care line twice, Spoke to an uneducated person called James, who couldnt even say his name! As he asked me for my order number he hanged up on me! The end time I called same story! Pathetic Service! We pay alot of money and this is the state the food must come in! I want a full refund! Please dont order from them, you will waste your money and time! disgraceful!

People using Mr delivery please be… People using Mr delivery please be careful when placing an order with them. They cancelled the order after deducting the money from my account and never refunded it. This is deliberate robbery. Do not order from Mr D and pay with your card. Rather ensure you pay it in cash when the order arrive. Uber eats has never had this issue. My neighbour exactly the same happened to her. This is disgusting and it might be R139 order but how many of these totals are they deducting from peoples accounts and not refunding them claiming they can’t deliver the order. Please be aware when using the Mr Delivery app. This is dangerous.

This company called Mr D,I ordered… This company called Mr D,I ordered twice 1.Food did not arrive apprantly motor bike accident 2.Ordered from Mochacchos rock cottage and driver food never arrived but says on the app food arrived ,apprantly the driver ate the food Very bad service, Uber eats I recommend any day
