ZAOrdered food at around 19:00 expected… Ordered food at around 19:00 expected food to be delivered by 20:06 never delivered. I mean we order food because we don't feel like cooking that day, we ended up cooking late at night, just imagine waiting for food to be delivered. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company

ZAWorst customer service possible! If I could rate the customer service a 0, that would still be too much! Honestly! So much back and forth with them copying and pasting the same answers which is always, send more info, which they already have all of the information that could possibly be given for inedible food and terrible service! DO NOT USE THEM! They are completely over priced and an absolute waste of money! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Save your money and fetch the food yourself!

ZAPeople using Mr delivery please be… People using Mr delivery please be careful when placing an order with them. They cancelled the order after deducting the money from my account and never refunded it. This is deliberate robbery. Do not order from Mr D and pay with your card. Rather ensure you pay it in cash when the order arrive. Uber eats has never had this issue. My neighbour exactly the same happened to her. This is disgusting and it might be R139 order but how many of these totals are they deducting from peoples accounts and not refunding them claiming they can’t deliver the order. Please be aware when using the Mr Delivery app. This is dangerous.

ZAMy order was completely messed up were… My order was completely messed up were i never received my drink and the food itsself wasnt what i ordered , I was only reimbersed 25rand of my 75 rand order for food i didnt receive no eat. Worst experience ever. Support team complete trash. Poor app and honestly am telling all my friends to switch to different apps because this is not what u expect when u take out your money.

ZAGeneral feedback There should be an option to give feedback without having to give the restaurant a low rating for general feedback. Have a phone number that you can be contacted on immediately. Turn around time to attend to complaints is too long. Stop asking for more details when details have been given already
