The food arrived on time The food arrived on time. However, there were no serviettes like I had requested. and no cutlery also - I ate with my hands!!!! The ice-cream waffles had no biscuits as advertised. I am never ordering from Roco-Mama's, Newcastle Corner, Hutten Heights again. Such a disappointment.

General feedback There should be an option to give feedback without having to give the restaurant a low rating for general feedback. Have a phone number that you can be contacted on immediately. Turn around time to attend to complaints is too long. Stop asking for more details when details have been given already

I am a regular client of Mr D but today… I am a regular client of Mr D but today I didn't receive my food😭payment already payed driver confirmed he dropped the food God knows to who definitely not me🙄worce got no call at all from the driver. Tried writing a query still waiting on feedback 😒.

Worst customer service possible! If I could rate the customer service a 0, that would still be too much! Honestly! So much back and forth with them copying and pasting the same answers which is always, send more info, which they already have all of the information that could possibly be given for inedible food and terrible service! DO NOT USE THEM! They are completely over priced and an absolute waste of money! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Save your money and fetch the food yourself!
