Maybe train your delivery personnel to… Maybe train your delivery personnel to check an order before it leaves a restaurant. We ordered, and paid, for four drinks but only three arrived. The person who delivered it was told to bring the drink but she never bothered to return, no apology for forgetting it plus there was no response as to why it wasn't delivered. I won't use Mr Delivery again - pathetic service.

General feedback There should be an option to give feedback without having to give the restaurant a low rating for general feedback. Have a phone number that you can be contacted on immediately. Turn around time to attend to complaints is too long. Stop asking for more details when details have been given already

The food arrived on time The food arrived on time. However, there were no serviettes like I had requested. and no cutlery also - I ate with my hands!!!! The ice-cream waffles had no biscuits as advertised. I am never ordering from Roco-Mama's, Newcastle Corner, Hutten Heights again. Such a disappointment.

Mr. Delivery Pathetic If there were negative stars thats what they would get. Ordered from a regular pizza restaurant who's food is always good, but when our pizzas arrived, it looked as though they had been dropped and kicked around before delivery. I spoke with the restaurant who was prepared to offer me new pizzas whilst the Mr. Delivery person on the phone didnt even apologize and offered a R50 discount (of a R400 bill), absolutely uselss service, will never use them again
