I have been using mr d for some time… I have been using mr d for some time now. Have had the best experience but recently i have had the worst experiences to the point were i had to cancel orders twice because they never delivered or even driver collecting the order. Imagine waithing more than 2 hours for an order. Its amaizing how they never reply to my quiries. Only recieve those preset email nothing more

You do not deserve even a star… You actually do not deserve even a star. You stole from me for the 2nd now. I ordered food for my elderly aunt who lives at old age home village. All the instructions were given where and to who it should be delivered... The driver followed my location instead of taking the order to the address which is far from the restaurant I ordered from at the gate our security couldnt allow him in as he did not know the unit number. They called from the to let me know that the driver is lost and i asked them to tell him to take it to where I instructed the food to be delivered and instead he took took the food back to KFC and the lady contacted me there letting me know to re-order or claim my money back from Mr delivery.Till this day i have not been credited my money... 2ndly most of their drivers are very dirty. You should train them about cleanliness especially because they are working with food. Disappointed big time

People using Mr delivery please be… People using Mr delivery please be careful when placing an order with them. They cancelled the order after deducting the money from my account and never refunded it. This is deliberate robbery. Do not order from Mr D and pay with your card. Rather ensure you pay it in cash when the order arrive. Uber eats has never had this issue. My neighbour exactly the same happened to her. This is disgusting and it might be R139 order but how many of these totals are they deducting from peoples accounts and not refunding them claiming they can’t deliver the order. Please be aware when using the Mr Delivery app. This is dangerous.

Worst customer service possible! If I could rate the customer service a 0, that would still be too much! Honestly! So much back and forth with them copying and pasting the same answers which is always, send more info, which they already have all of the information that could possibly be given for inedible food and terrible service! DO NOT USE THEM! They are completely over priced and an absolute waste of money! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Save your money and fetch the food yourself!

My order was completely messed up were… My order was completely messed up were i never received my drink and the food itsself wasnt what i ordered , I was only reimbersed 25rand of my 75 rand order for food i didnt receive no eat. Worst experience ever. Support team complete trash. Poor app and honestly am telling all my friends to switch to different apps because this is not what u expect when u take out your money.
