Maybe train your delivery personnel to… Maybe train your delivery personnel to check an order before it leaves a restaurant. We ordered, and paid, for four drinks but only three arrived. The person who delivered it was told to bring the drink but she never bothered to return, no apology for forgetting it plus there was no response as to why it wasn't delivered. I won't use Mr Delivery again - pathetic service.

Pathetic service ever Pathetic service ever, ordered from Mr D my order waa unsuccessful when I asked why mt order got cancelled a minutes after a driver collected they told me I was not available to accept the order... I mean I sent the driver a code to access at arrival he never replied but failed the delivery. Then I was told I owe the restaurant. I'm going to delete this pathetic app... Always stories when it comes to them dissapointed really.

You do not deserve even a star… You actually do not deserve even a star. You stole from me for the 2nd now. I ordered food for my elderly aunt who lives at old age home village. All the instructions were given where and to who it should be delivered... The driver followed my location instead of taking the order to the address which is far from the restaurant I ordered from at the gate our security couldnt allow him in as he did not know the unit number. They called from the to let me know that the driver is lost and i asked them to tell him to take it to where I instructed the food to be delivered and instead he took took the food back to KFC and the lady contacted me there letting me know to re-order or claim my money back from Mr delivery.Till this day i have not been credited my money... 2ndly most of their drivers are very dirty. You should train them about cleanliness especially because they are working with food. Disappointed big time

People using Mr delivery please be… People using Mr delivery please be careful when placing an order with them. They cancelled the order after deducting the money from my account and never refunded it. This is deliberate robbery. Do not order from Mr D and pay with your card. Rather ensure you pay it in cash when the order arrive. Uber eats has never had this issue. My neighbour exactly the same happened to her. This is disgusting and it might be R139 order but how many of these totals are they deducting from peoples accounts and not refunding them claiming they can’t deliver the order. Please be aware when using the Mr Delivery app. This is dangerous.

Not worth it for ruined food Drivers are friendly and professional. Food is sometimes hot sometimes cold. Always takes a long time. Anything that would taste better fresh is ruined, which is most things, so I’ll never use Mr Delivery again. Too much extra money for sub-par food. Would probably be fine for pizza or Indian food or other less-delicate stuff.
