ZAThis company called Mr D,I ordered… This company called Mr D,I ordered twice 1.Food did not arrive apprantly motor bike accident 2.Ordered from Mochacchos rock cottage and driver food never arrived but says on the app food arrived ,apprantly the driver ate the food Very bad service, Uber eats I recommend any day

ZAThieves ,Stopping to use them. Stopping to use them. I ordered food to collect. Order went through but the app didn’t not confirm and no follow up on my order as it should normally when order is successful . So made alternative dinner arrangement . 2 hours later mr D calls and says my food is waiting to be collected.I explained to them the situation that I have had no confirmation and that their app must have glitched . Outcome no refund and my card being debited for approx R400. Thank you MR D for stealing from me. Uberfood my new provider now

ZAMy order was completely messed up were… My order was completely messed up were i never received my drink and the food itsself wasnt what i ordered , I was only reimbersed 25rand of my 75 rand order for food i didnt receive no eat. Worst experience ever. Support team complete trash. Poor app and honestly am telling all my friends to switch to different apps because this is not what u expect when u take out your money.

ZAI placed an order and they deducted… I placed an order and they deducted money from my account then they said I have no order placed I called, I messaged same thing it's a scam Mr d doesn't deliver

ZAGeneral feedback There should be an option to give feedback without having to give the restaurant a low rating for general feedback. Have a phone number that you can be contacted on immediately. Turn around time to attend to complaints is too long. Stop asking for more details when details have been given already
