Purchasing process drama but all’s well that ends well My cat and I love the rattan kitty tree, but the purchasing process was a headache. Your company tried to withdraw funds from my card four times when I only wanted to make one purchase (and I had only clicked the button one time), then my card froze and I had to wait four days for my bank to unfreeze it. I then tried to purchase again and it declined for some other invalid reason. I finally was able to get it to work, but it was pretty frustrating. I’m glad I stuck with it though bc this cat tree is so wonderful. Again, my cat just adores it so thanks! Overall, it was worth it.

smaller than it seems and for specific cats definitely smaller than it seems - look at the dimensions before purchasing! water also simply bubbles without flowing anywhere. have moved this around but my cat won't drink from it. very cute and well-made, but going to have to give it away to someone with a cat that prefers to essentially drink right off ceramics.

First I was impressed with the quality… First I was impressed with the quality of the Transformable cat tree! It looks like quality meant to last multiple cats. Then I was surprised how quickly my kitten started jumping onto it and spending time on it looking out the window. She had great fun with the wooden ball that is meant to hang on the tree . I wanted to purchase another ball. The company was fast to reply and accommodate me. I recommend this product and company.
