GBsmaller than it seems and for specific cats definitely smaller than it seems - look at the dimensions before purchasing! water also simply bubbles without flowing anywhere. have moved this around but my cat won't drink from it. very cute and well-made, but going to have to give it away to someone with a cat that prefers to essentially drink right off ceramics.

GBPurchasing process drama but all’s well that ends well My cat and I love the rattan kitty tree, but the purchasing process was a headache. Your company tried to withdraw funds from my card four times when I only wanted to make one purchase (and I had only clicked the button one time), then my card froze and I had to wait four days for my bank to unfreeze it. I then tried to purchase again and it declined for some other invalid reason. I finally was able to get it to work, but it was pretty frustrating. I’m glad I stuck with it though bc this cat tree is so wonderful. Again, my cat just adores it so thanks! Overall, it was worth it.
