I love ordering my milk from the… I love ordering my milk from the Refillery. I order it and get a text when it is ready for pickup. Very nice and professional staff. For their Refillery, if they don't have what you're looking for they'll look for it to get it but they have a LOT of kittens to choose from. Bring your own jar or take a paper sac, buy a small jar, we love the store!

They always send me what I order in a… They always send me what I order in a timely manner and when things are out of stock I get personal text messages. I love this store.

Such a great little store Such a great little store. I always prefer doing business with people who are kind, happy to see me & appreciate my business. This little treasure is a joy to shop at AND I always learn something as they are really knowledgeable about the natural products they sell.

I asked for a refund, and have yet to hear I asked for a refund and am yet to receive a response or refund. I ordered milk and was messaged that it is ready for pick up. I went that day during store hours to pick up my order, but when I got there the store had closed early. Now I understand things happened, but I live an hour away and it's milk that can expire. So I sent a message if I could get a refund since I will not be able to go pick up my order in time but I haven't heard back from anyone....so other than that I can't give a good review just yet. I'm sure the store is very nice and has many treasures, but I just wanted some communication.
