GBI asked for a refund, and have yet to hear I asked for a refund and am yet to receive a response or refund. I ordered milk and was messaged that it is ready for pick up. I went that day during store hours to pick up my order, but when I got there the store had closed early. Now I understand things happened, but I live an hour away and it's milk that can expire. So I sent a message if I could get a refund since I will not be able to go pick up my order in time but I haven't heard back from anyone....so other than that I can't give a good review just yet. I'm sure the store is very nice and has many treasures, but I just wanted some communication.

GBSuch a great little store Such a great little store. I always prefer doing business with people who are kind, happy to see me & appreciate my business. This little treasure is a joy to shop at AND I always learn something as they are really knowledgeable about the natural products they sell.

GBWide selection but not always in stock The Refillery has a wide selection of uncommon and common dried herbs, berries, teas, and more! Though the more uncommon items don't seem to be restocked as often, you can always order more. As people who enjoy experimenting with flavors, my husband and I are excited about the selections and the possibilities the store offers.

GBThe packages of dried beans I ordered… The packages of dried beans I ordered arrived in poor condition. Packed in paper bags of which only two were intact. I have a photo but can't show it due to review limitations. Fortunately, I always mix these types of beans, but this will affect any future orders from me. Email was sent to Sheila with a photo, with no response.
