USGreat PR buy forget the LOGO display. I've ordered all or most of the products, some in Mutiple quantities (Ie food and solar equipment). Customer service is great. I would give 5 stars except for one MAJOR issue: The last solar panel group I got (3 panels) were left street side with the SOLAR PANEL 4 PATRIOTS logo promiately displayed so the 200 cars a day that drive by could see what I was being delivered. So much for secretcy.

USDefective Solar Power The Sidekick solar generator I purchased in February charged fine off a wall outlet. But, after using the generator I wanted to try charging it up using the solar panel. After picking a couple of bright sunny days and charging it for over 14 hours the generator was only 27% charged. I contacted 4Patriots and thinking it was the solar panel they sent a new one. The new panel was DOA. The panel never charged the generator and doesn't even stay on when exposed to sunlight. I'm disappointed in a company who supports our veterans would have such faulty equipment. Come to find out also the equipment isn't even American made (China and Viet Nam). Understandably, it may be difficult to find this equipment made in America but the quality control over what they sell is lacking. I will be returning all of the equipment.

USShorted-sloppy-Can’t reach Customer Care Spent -$1,056.82. When ordered, 4Patroit provided me one tracking number only. Accordingly, that covered one package. The packages were sent separately arriving days apart. In the end, I received a total of 4. However, I am missing an entire tub of survival meals. Moreover, we had to wipe down the two tubs we received because they were covered with powdered food. I called one day and spent hours on hold. The next day I left my number for a return call. No return call received. This is the first and last time I use this company. If I hear nothing by tomorrow= three days of attempting to reach customer service, I am filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General Consumer Protection Unit.

USAs others have said there is no… As others have said there is no customers service, I spend 34 min 1st time left my number 2 weeks later nothing ,called again 1hr24min again left number for call back ,nothing emailed 3 times again nothing .Now I do not trust their PRODUCTS .I am sending all back

USCooler doesn’t work Cooler doesn’t work, compressor does not come on. Have called 3 times about returning it, they told us they would send out another one. And an email would be sent to send the defective one back after 3 days nothing from them. Called again today and more excuses, now time to call my CC company to refund my account. And made in China on top of that, i would not buy again or anything they try to sell you.
