They stole my money and never shipped… They stole my money and never shipped the product. I have sent them many emails and they refuse to reply. I have called there number and no one picks up and they want you to send them an email which they never reply. I hope my credit card company can reverse the charge. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!

Hi placed an order on 30/3/2024 and… Hi placed an order on 30/3/2024 and it’s 24/04/2024 today. I haven’t received my package yet and I have emailed them so many times and they are not sure to let me know when I will be receiving my package. Terrible customer service and I don’t trust this website. It’s not cheap product and for the price of product and shipping charges you are getting a crap respond.

I don't even want to give them 1 star I don't even want to give them 1 star, the customer service is worst. If you call nobody answer, if u emai you got reply in 72 hours. I ordered Mayraki Antigrey restoring treatment, order # 10124712. I ordered 2 bottles and it costs me 100.30 usd for this order and when I received my order I opened 1 bottle and tried..it smells like rotten garlic.i contacted customer service after 15 days finally they said u can return only unopened product but on your own cost. How about other bottle...return will cost me $25 from Canada to California. Their customer service and their products are garbage. I don't recommend anybody to use their product. First time in life I had worst experience with this purchase.
