I haven’t received my package yet and I have emailed them so many times and they are not sure to let me know when I will be receiving my package. Terrible customer service and I don’t trust this website. It’s not cheap product and for the price of product and shipping charges you are getting a crap respond.

DO NOT BUY. BURNS SCALP! DO NOT BUY. This product made my scalp burn and itch for days - I am in so much pain and nothing is reducing the pain - I also have a large bump on my head. DO NOT BUY THIS. Having consulted a hair scientist and formulator, there is nothing in the product that reverses gray hair. I am appalled.

Scamners only Orthofeet thinks they delivered. Bald face liars. I believe they are straight up scamners. Continue to offer no support. Did not deliver a damn thing. Are they in cahoots with USPS? Don't something that's not returned item to them! Went to return the item that I thought would work for me but it didn't so I washed it since I only wore it once and I told this lady (a little heavierset) and she said it's not the right package it came in that I wore it even though I had the receipt with me. I thought that's sad to throw away a wasted product that doesn't even work. You'd think anymore people will work with you but is all about money, not their condition.
