Keratin smoothing treatment....awful Followed directions to a T. My hair was super sticky and gross. I emailed to ask customer support if I can put hair in a ponytail. They replied a ponytail and tucked behind ears would be fine but no clips/pins/barrettes. The instructions clearly state to not tuck behind ears or put in a ponytail?!?! I decided to err on side of caution and NOT do pony or tuck. I feel disgusting. Additionally it burned my eyes and my scalp was a little stingy (both they market would not be the case.) The smell of my hair is giving me a terrible headache. I highly doubt I can go 48 hours without washing away this smell and stickiness. I couldn't find anything on website regarding stickiness. The instructions say to flat iron 8-10 passes for my hair (not damaged, medium thickness straight hair) until it looks shiny. I see absolutely no shine on 8, 10, 12 or more passes. I used the temp on flat iron of 425 (it states 392-450 in the instructions). Today was the first day I opened the package to treat my hair, despite having ordered it 2 months ago. I previously had in-saloon Brazilians so I wanted to ensure allowing more than enough time between that and trying this. The return says within 30 days to contact and return unopened and unused product. It's opened and used otherwise I couldn't know if I was satisfied, plus it been 2 months since I purchased because I purchased during a sale. I guess I'm out of luck. Beware.....

Hi placed an order on 30/3/2024 and… Hi placed an order on 30/3/2024 and it’s 24/04/2024 today. I haven’t received my package yet and I have emailed them so many times and they are not sure to let me know when I will be receiving my package. Terrible customer service and I don’t trust this website. It’s not cheap product and for the price of product and shipping charges you are getting a crap respond.
