Products packed really well Products packed really well. Great communication. Prices on lots of things very competitive, check on others. You have some products I would highly recommend- Kirkland loo paper is the best- basic but we all need it! Very happy.

Great Food At Low Prices With Excellent Service In Every Way This company is great ! I am on a low budget and they provide a very good range of good quality food at bargain prices. This allows me to eat well, and to be able to have treats for myself and my family and friends. Service is always excellent, often delivery is within a day or two. Everything is very well packaged in strong boxes. I rate them 5 Star

The packing etc is done really well The packing etc is done really well. It always looks like every effort is made to make sure the items arrive in good condition. It can take a little while to process but as long as you are aware of this it is not a problem. My only really down side has been a couple of times something has been shown as a certain size but it has been a different size that arrives.

After an initial problem, all is Rosy! My first order wasn’t a good experience 😢. Due to poor packing a carton of juice burst in transit, as did a packet of chocolate drink powder which meant a wet gunky mess seeped out all over the kitchen when I opened the parcel. 😡 However, Customer Services were quick to refund the spoiled items so I gave them a second chance. Subsequent orders (about 10) have been much better packed so it looks like a one-off incident. 👍🏼 Delivery has always been fairly prompt too. Obviously the stock available at any given time is limited but does vary, and I’ve been tempted to try some things I would never have tried at full price. There are often bargains to be had on many commonplace items too (Coke for example), so it’s good to stock up on such items when available.
