Five stars isn’t enough!! Five stars does not do this amazing company justice! I emailed after hours to see if I could get a VERY last minute Christmas gift in time for the holidays. I wasn’t expecting a response back until the morning, if at all, but to my surprise I received an email back within the hour! Rich offered to look into overnighting me the product I wanted, which wasn’t an available shipping option on their site, and got back to me right away the next morning with overnight shipping costs. I have never received such prompt, polite, all around excellent customer service! I have told all my family about this wonderful company, and we won’t be buying rubs/spices/sauces from anywhere else! Thank you Rich for being a true Christmas hero, and an exceptional business man!

It's good to see they addressed the problem quickly, and obviously care about things being done right. I've upgraded my rating based on their attention. Synopsis of original: Could not place an order unless I ordered enough to qualify for free shipping. Even if I wanted to pay the shipping, I was unable to order.

Sweet and lil spicy Our little family loves be able to distinct a good amount of spice in every meal and we also have a thing for a little sweet as well, the Good Stuff just made so much sense to us! Its so good that we ordered 25 bottles of it just so we could share our favorite with our families for the holidays!

Best "SH**" ever!!!! GREAT customer service and even GREATER product! Love the name, great gift items, but again, makes a delish rub for any meat! Will definitely be a long time customer!
