Five stars isn’t enough!! Five stars does not do this amazing company justice! I emailed after hours to see if I could get a VERY last minute Christmas gift in time for the holidays. I wasn’t expecting a response back until the morning, if at all, but to my surprise I received an email back within the hour! Rich offered to look into overnighting me the product I wanted, which wasn’t an available shipping option on their site, and got back to me right away the next morning with overnight shipping costs. I have never received such prompt, polite, all around excellent customer service! I have told all my family about this wonderful company, and we won’t be buying rubs/spices/sauces from anywhere else! Thank you Rich for being a true Christmas hero, and an exceptional business man!

This is one company which clearly understands customer service One of their manufacturers change the ingredients on a product (adding something that I am allergic to) without telling them and when I received it and point it out. Rich quickly stepped in to provide an excellent remedy to the situation. Clearly this is someone who understands how to treat customers and I'm going to definitely be a repeat customer.
