The tofu scramble seasoning is… The tofu scramble seasoning is incredible. Before I discover this seasoning I thought I had mastered the best tofu scramble. It’s versatile as well. You can apply it to tofu and bake it in the oven to get a breaded chicken substitute. I’ve tried their other seasonings and it’s all good. I’m still discovering new blends. Highly recommended

Wonderful taste I really enjoy the variety of spices. And it helps eating healthier actually tasty great. I have yet to taste a seasoning that I felt was missing something. I like that there are sample packs and that I can even customize them. I will definitely keep coming back.

Outstanding Customer Service! I received one of their standard spice sets as a gift. I really can't stand capsaicin and contacted Freshjax about the spiciness of the items in the set before opening them. I got a quick reply about the hotness levels of the items and an offer to replace the hotter ones with milder ones. I mentioned that I was on a reduced-sodium diet and asked for and received their sodium-free Italian and Garlich Herb blends. I used both with some reduced salt tomato sauce to make a very tasty pasta sauce.

smokey gift pack I received the smokey gift pack. The seasonings are very tasty, especially the burger blend and the smokey southwest. The sea salt was a little overbearing on the other 3, but overall pretty good. I would've given 5 stars, but the lids are not shaker type lids, so I ended up over-seasoning a couple of pieces of meat because I couldn't control the flow. Got the lids switched now, so it's all good.
