I appreciate that we had a choice to… I appreciate that we had a choice to build a gift package, for my 85 year old mom based on what i know her pallet can appreciate. BTW... My mom has called my wife daily... Asking how to use her gift!! They are actually talking NOW about using a new flavor? Thanks 😘

smokey gift pack I received the smokey gift pack. The seasonings are very tasty, especially the burger blend and the smokey southwest. The sea salt was a little overbearing on the other 3, but overall pretty good. I would've given 5 stars, but the lids are not shaker type lids, so I ended up over-seasoning a couple of pieces of meat because I couldn't control the flow. Got the lids switched now, so it's all good.

Price Changes?? I was shopping for a gift set and decided to add some items for myself (to get the total above $50 and receive the free shipping and the salt). at checkout, my total (originally $52.xx) dropped to $45.05 + $3.99 shipping and no salt. I decided against spending the extra on myself and only purchased the gift. This was very frustrating.

I ordered gift sets for my best friends… I ordered gift sets for my best friends back home in North Carolina and they called raving about the packaging and personal note from the company and the tasteful way everything was presented. This just became my "go to" gift for the Christmas season.

Service is awesome!! Service is awesome!!! Called the first time today about a recent order with 1 particular spice that I was not personally fond. Nothing wrong, just personal preference. I spoke with Brittany and she was awesome. She sent me out another spice of my choosing at not cost. Since being turned on to Jax Fresh in January, I have made multiple purchases. My entire family loves this stuff and such a great selection.... just bought the ghost pepper salt and can’t wait to try it!!
