We also determined that the remaining portion of the order would not arrive in time for our scheduled event. Dr. Delicacy refunded our money without any problems. GBI first tried the mushrooms 2 years ago… I first tried the mushrooms 2 years ago before the pandemic. I found them in my Central market grocers. Then I couldn't find them anymore. When I found out I could order from them directly, that made me very happy. My shipment came quick even though I live far. I am working hard to bring more nutritious varieties to my and my family's eating habits. Dr. Delicacy is helping me do just that. Thank you. You have a customer for life now.

GBI was shopping at HEB Plus in Beaumont… I was shopping at HEB Plus in Beaumont and saw the offerings from Dr Delicacy in the mushroom section of produce. I purchased one of each type of mushroom, including lion’s mane and trumpet mushrooms. The mushrooms were beautiful and fresh and free of bad spots. The taste of the mushrooms was amazing. As long as HEB carries these mushrooms I will be buying them

GBTelephone communication was excellent Telephone communication was excellent. I'm not sure where the source of the problem is, but the package contents arrived warm despite the packaging. The ice packs were not in a frozen state and the box was not cold. Surprising for 2 day delivery.
