GBProduct showed up late Product showed up late. All ice packages were thawed. Thankfully it’s just butter and refrigeration will remold it.

GBTelephone communication was excellent Telephone communication was excellent. I'm not sure where the source of the problem is, but the package contents arrived warm despite the packaging. The ice packs were not in a frozen state and the box was not cold. Surprising for 2 day delivery.
