GBTelephone communication was excellent Telephone communication was excellent. I'm not sure where the source of the problem is, but the package contents arrived warm despite the packaging. The ice packs were not in a frozen state and the box was not cold. Surprising for 2 day delivery.

We have enjoyed their top quality Produce and Products since moving (from London, UK) to Houston 5 years ago. We order by phone or 'on-Line', and then pick-up from their Shop. (They, also, Deliver.) GBVery good customer service! We placed our online order and very quickly received a call from the company that our entire order would not be available. We also determined that the remaining portion of the order would not arrive in time for our scheduled event. Dr. Delicacy refunded our money without any problems. Although our order was not possible, we greatly appreciate the promptness and honesty.

GBI was shopping at HEB Plus in Beaumont… I was shopping at HEB Plus in Beaumont and saw the offerings from Dr Delicacy in the mushroom section of produce. I purchased one of each type of mushroom, including lion’s mane and trumpet mushrooms. The mushrooms were beautiful and fresh and free of bad spots. The taste of the mushrooms was amazing. As long as HEB carries these mushrooms I will be buying them
