GBVery good customer service! We placed our online order and very quickly received a call from the company that our entire order would not be available. We also determined that the remaining portion of the order would not arrive in time for our scheduled event. Dr. Delicacy refunded our money without any problems. Although our order was not possible, we greatly appreciate the promptness and honesty.

GBTelephone communication was excellent Telephone communication was excellent. I'm not sure where the source of the problem is, but the package contents arrived warm despite the packaging. The ice packs were not in a frozen state and the box was not cold. Surprising for 2 day delivery.

GBI absolutely love DR I absolutely love DR. We’ve been able to make it rain truffles over pasta because of the deliciously beautiful truffles DR sources. Their specialty meats have been great for creating a terrific charcuterie board at home, too. If you ever have questions, I’ve also always appreciated how helpful they are on a phone call. Finally, especially during 2020, the delivery service has been awesome.
