Super fast and personal service. Super fast and reliable service. I even got a hand written thank you card. That was a fantastic touch. Sealed the deal, will be ordering from Jacob’s again.

Great service Great service. Product delivered promptly. Thanks for providing a link to Caribbean products!

Always excellent Always excellent, fast and efficient service.

Excellent customer service & quality products!!! I’m so happy I found this company! In a time like this, not being able to return home to the Caribbbean due to travel restrictions amidst a global pandemic, it was comforting to find a company that I can trust to deliver all my favorite snacks, seasonings and foods from my home country. I ordered the Kiss fruit cake just 3 days before Christmas and it came within two days, wonderfully packaged with a handwritten Hallmark thank you card that was certainly the proverbial icing on the cake! Thank you for making my Christmas feel like I was home!

LOVE MY TRINI FOOD I was so excited to receive my package. I can't wait to make my trini pastelles with the promasa and have some baked ham with the hot chow. Thanks Jacob imports.
