Super fast and personal service. Super fast and reliable service. I even got a hand written thank you card. That was a fantastic touch. Sealed the deal, will be ordering from Jacob’s again.

Excellent customer service & quality products!!! I’m so happy I found this company! In a time like this, not being able to return home to the Caribbbean due to travel restrictions amidst a global pandemic, it was comforting to find a company that I can trust to deliver all my favorite snacks, seasonings and foods from my home country. I ordered the Kiss fruit cake just 3 days before Christmas and it came within two days, wonderfully packaged with a handwritten Hallmark thank you card that was certainly the proverbial icing on the cake! Thank you for making my Christmas feel like I was home!

Being buying form them for 10 years… Being buying form them for 10 years plus... Great Merchandise and quality

Happy Customer Great service! I will definitely order again.

Excellent customer service Your service was prompt. The package was nicely wrapped to secure the glass bottles. Very impressed with the Hallmark thank you card. Have already recommended your company to my friends. Your communication from receipt of order to delivery was impeccable.
