I love PPM! Power Plate Meals has been a staple for me for at least a year and a half now. Their meals are low-calorie, high in protein, and delicious! I incorporated them into my diet and lost a significant amount of weight. The power plate meals were one of the key changes that I made! My favorite meal is the Bacon Cheddar Meatballs! You need to try this place if you want delicious healthy options!

Ordered my first delivery of meals for… Ordered my first delivery of meals for my son and I. Had a surgery and needed/wanted healthy, quick, pre-portioned meals that we would both eat. First delivery was mostly a success - one meal “exploded” (food everywhere) pre-delivery. I contacted PP and it was remedied above and beyond my expectation. Appreciated the quick, thoughtful response and the delicious meals. Just sent in for our second delivery!

Love the meals as always Love the meals as always! Great portion sizes and delicious food. Giving 4 stars because somehow there’s always food in the melty water of my shipping container when I receive it. It looks/smells like chicken broth which weirds me out because the food containers should be more sealed than to allow for that.
