Very Disappointed We received our meals late, and when we did get them, the contents was leaking all over the bottom of the box. The meals looked like they were thrown around because the contents was all mixed up. Disappointed since this is my first time ordering these meals. I am also shocked at the 34.00 delivery charge. I’ve tried other meal delivery services and never paid for shipping or received my meals late or all tossed together. Sadly I won’t be reordering meals.

Phenomenal looking meals arrived today Phenomenal looking meals arrived today, and I'm excited to try them because they're all new to me. I weighed them, like usual, and while there were still some discrepancies, they were a closer range than before. The only one with a HUGE discrepancy in weighted grams were the chicken enchiladas. However, all my coconut lime chickens were within a 5 gram range. The meals look and smell delicious, and I will continue to be a customer as long as this company exists.

Disappointed on how the meals showed… Disappointed on how the meals showed up. Felt like they could’ve been boxed up more tightly, preventing them from sliding around. Because of that, some of my meals (enchiladas) are tore up. I do understand it’s being shipped ups, but for much shipping was, I’d expected a little better effort to make them secured inside.

I have been a regular customer of PPM for a year now... I have been a regular customer of PPM since 2020. I'm approaching an entire year of loyalty to their business and have always been very pleased with everything we order and receive. I am currently living with my in-laws due to the housing market. Sharing a kitchen is difficult sometimes, so these meals help us stay on track and have minimal clean-up. I have not had a single meal that I didn't like! I love how many options there are for dairy free and gluten free! I highly recommend trying this meal delivery service!

Outstanding Customer Service I had technical issues last week unbeknownst to me with my subscription plan. It appeared I ordered my meals, gave me a thank you for ordering, but the order never went through. Cristen attempted to reach out Sunday night when my order wasn't in but I didn't get it. When I reached out in concern after seeing my no pick order Cristen was extremely prompt as providing a solution and then also troubleshooting the issue which was a cart malfunction to prevent another issue going forward. Cristen went above and beyond - personal service matters. I love supporting a local business and Power Plate Meals keeps this busy mom of 3 eating healthy all week long.
