GBShirley Shirley, is the getter done gal! She is friendly, knowledgeable and has resources! Any time I reached out to her she responded even if it was 11:00 at night! (Jk thought she would see it in the morning) I even asked her if she was an owner because customer service like that is rare! I love that upon card transaction approval terminal screen says SUCCESS! So validating and fun in conversation with customers. I also love that upon calling tech support the first words after hello are “How can we make your day better.” Those words just diffuse any frustration you are experiencing,which is just brilliant! The terminal is a fast, easy to use dual processing system that also generates receipts. The only thing I would change is to switch the custom tip amount with the custom percent button (a design issue).
