USShirley Shirley, is the getter done gal! She is friendly, knowledgeable and has resources! Any time I reached out to her she responded even if it was 11:00 at night! (Jk thought she would see it in the morning) I even asked her if she was an owner because customer service like that is rare! I love that upon card transaction approval terminal screen says SUCCESS! So validating and fun in conversation with customers. I also love that upon calling tech support the first words after hello are “How can we make your day better.” Those words just diffuse any frustration you are experiencing,which is just brilliant! The terminal is a fast, easy to use dual processing system that also generates receipts. The only thing I would change is to switch the custom tip amount with the custom percent button (a design issue).

USMike is very responsive with email and… Mike is very responsive with email and always handles all my issues promptly. He has a commanding knowledge of his job and answers my questions thoroughly. He has even gone "above and beyond" to help me with an issue I had with my former merchant service. I highly recommend Kibo for their service.

USMike K at Kibo Pay is a Gem Our doctor's office was getting hit with hefty fees so we switched to Kibo Pay and I'm so glad we did. It could not have been an easier or more painless process setting up the device, not to mention the turnaround was incredibly fast. Mike is quick to respond no matter how big or small the problem and he made setting up the new terminal a breeze, no small feat for someone technologically challenged!
