Taste is mostly good Taste is mostly good, you have a lot of interesting choices.. But I several times we were close to discontinue our contract with you because of OFTEN !!! tough meat. I do not order pork or beef anymore, even chicken is not reliably tender. I order only for my husband who is a meat eater. In that respect you cannot compete with other competitive companies. So we are stuck with mostly fish.

I couldn't be happier with CookUnity I couldn't be happier with CookUnity. The food is great, delivery is wonderful. For the last two weeks, I've been living with a relative while they recover from surgery, so having these quick, but super healthy, meals has been a life saver. Through these meals and my new workouts, I've lost ten pounds.

Cook Unity Customer Service I use CU pretty regularly - they make things easy and simple and offer a good variety of food options. But where they really stand out is the customer service. I found myself traveling unexpectedly on a day when meals were supposed to be delivered and they were able to delay the deliveries until I returned, which is a big ask given all the logistics involved in getting these meals out to everyone on-time. They are quick to respond to customer service respects and always helpful!

Tasted like airplane food I really wanted it to work but...it tasted like airplane food. I'm not quite sure who the target market is for this service. The portions were tiny and strangely balanced (e.g. way too big carbs, way too small proteins). They should have included more varied foods (e.g. fresh salad packaged separately) - this only happened in 1 of 8 meals I ordered. Flavors were mostly bland, shrimp/meat dried out, and food often left cold in the middle despite following their exact instructions. I've had supermarket meals that you pop in the oven at half the price taste twice as good.

First six meals were great First six meals were great, no complaints at all, I was hesitant to try CookUnit because I tried other before and I didn't like any of it. CookUnit is different. Great choices and now I'm trying CookUnit's choice, I'll see how they taste, so far, I Love them. Thank you
