Cook Unity Customer Service I use CU pretty regularly - they make things easy and simple and offer a good variety of food options. But where they really stand out is the customer service. I found myself traveling unexpectedly on a day when meals were supposed to be delivered and they were able to delay the deliveries until I returned, which is a big ask given all the logistics involved in getting these meals out to everyone on-time. They are quick to respond to customer service respects and always helpful!

Dependable, healthy & quick CookUnity has made our weeknights easier, healthier and more enjoyable. As working parents, it’s so nice having complex -veggie forward options in our fridge and ready in 15 minutes! It’s a far better option than takeout. I also love how sustainable it is compared to others. Low packaging waste, and reusable bags are far better than what the other meal services offer.

It is very convenient and not bad It is very convenient and not bad, but they don’t taste like restaurant meals at all. Flavor is lacking somehow. Peruvian foods don’t taste like they should be and some of my favorite foods i liked before have changed their flavor or ingredients and don’t taste the same. Not sure if it because the volume of orders has increased or because of overall increase in food prices in the US and the company doesn’t want to put additional cost on clients. Anyhow, it could be better, but i’m still with them

Best Meal Service I’ve Tried I’ve received two deliveries so far from CookUnity. This is the best meal delivery service I’ve ever used, and I’ve tried a lot of them. The food is fresh and tasty and lasts really well in the fridge for a week+! The delivery has been seamless both times, and I live in a difficult-to-get-into condo building. That might be what has impressed me the most! I’ll definitely be ordering more from them and would recommend them to friends and family.
