Athleticfit saved my life Athleticfit saved my life! Working full-time as a Clinical Research Associate I travel weekly and don't have time to prep and cook anything because I'm exhausted after I make it home and eating on out everyday was so unhealthy. The meals are delicious, healthy, affordable and Staff are extremely helpful. I'm so grateful for them!!!

I do like food I do like food . However it’s a big changed for me because I never are so much protein in my life . I was eating a lot berries and fruits . My shape is changed and I became visibly slimmer. I do not like the only one dish . It’s cooked salmon with completely raw broccoli .

Really enjoyed our first week of meals...signed up for a second week. Really enjoyed our first week of meals. Generous portions for the Athletic Plan and appropriate portions for the Weight Loss Plan. Nice variety and well composed. Potatoes were a bit undercooked in the meals but overall they were a win. Signed up for a second week....not ready to return to prepping and planning meals just yet. Really enjoying letting someone else do the work.

Delicious food but needs a little bit… Delicious food but needs a little bit more variety. I don’t eat red meat, so I would like to see maybe an eggplant rollatini option or more fish dishes as opposed to as much chicken kabobs.
