I now know that some of the bad feelings my old company harbored towards me when I departed is not conveyed to my future employers. I would say that I can now rest easy knowing that the reason I have not been given an offer is not because of my old company, but it now means the reason is solely because of me.....which sucks a bit.....

Highly recommend for completeness and quickness of the reference report I was very happy with the reference checking service at Allison & Taylor. I wanted to make sure that my former employer stuck to the terms of my severance agreement because I am nearing the end of several search processes. Turnaround was amazing fast (unexpectedly fast!), in fact less than 24 hours; I know that turnaround partially depends on the responsiveness of the employer, yet I was still extremely impressed.
