Highly recommend I first used this service in 2005. Now I’ve had to use it again in 2022. It has given me immeasurable peace of mind. I’m so glad this exists! Employers have resources and power available that the ordinary citizen does not, and that’s why they exploit us. This organization attempts to fill that gap. I hope they never go out of business!

And they gave me many encouraging comments along the way, although they did not have to take the time to do so! They were more than just a service but real compassionate people on the other end of the phone line! Looking for a job is hard enough and let alone if you think that you may get a bad reference from a former employer! It is nice to have this service which offers piece of mind!

The customer service and reporting was superb! The customer service was superb. Jeff contacted me directly to find out what I needed, and followed up with me after the report was completed. He took the time to answer all my questions, until I had everything I needed to know. Also, the report was well done, and payment, and emails all went perfectly smoothly. This was a good experience, and well worth it for me to gain important knowledge about how my reference was rating me.
