GBResponsive, Supportive, Respectful When I emailed them regarding which figurines were which item tags, they went out of their way to edit their website to be more convenient for future customers by labeling the item tags with descriptive names instead of codes and numbers, as well as making it so that when the user clicks on an option, the gallery turns to preview the chosen item. So that was super appreciated and I think it does improve their website a lot! I think the fact that support responded to me is a good sign too. Also at the end of it, they gave me a discount code for a future purchase! My friend ended up really liking the figurines I got for her and they looked just like how they did in the gallery! Thank you very much!

GBI’m extremely impressed by the customer… I’m extremely impressed by the customer service. I sweater I ordered had a simple misprint and customer service replied quickly and resolved the issue while making me smile along the way. Super friendly and honest. I’ll be ordering from them again!

GBSizing heads up of their Japanese design apparel Received my Harajuku T-shirt . Seriously, the quality's pretty good, feels sturdy. One thing though - take note the sizing. It's got that Asian size thing going on since it's a Japanese design. Definitely consider getting 2 sizes up of your regular size as mention in their page.

GBIt’s been over 4 weeks since I… It’s been over 4 weeks since I purchased my item and I am still waiting for delivery. Every time I check the tracking link provided by customer support it keeps saying my package is on the way and will be delivered in 5 days. It has said this for the last 4 days.
