GBThe beige color is not beige I had an issue with the first hoodie I ordered. The color was off and the size which was a medium did not fit like a medium. It fit like a small. I contacted the company and Jason was able to get me a replacement in a different color . The new one was awesome in fit and color. This company really has excellent customer service! Thanks again to Jason for solving my problem. My granddaughter is now very happy!

GBThe sizing is really small The sizing is really small, I'm usually a size small or xs but I like getting size medium hoodies because its more comfortable and so I ordered medium and I got my boyfriend his size, and a shirt. But everything is way to small. The quality is isn't too good, it's really stiff, not stretchy at all, the only good quality part of it is the fluffy cat, the isn't side is not warm and it feels almost like a spandex material which I find weird for a hoodie The cat is cute, that's it

GBGreat customer service, above and beyond!!! Ordered 2 sweatshirts, both size M, but one was smaller than the other so I requested a return/exchange, and I got a reply offering to replace the smaller one with a larger size, and I get to keep the original smaller one! I was totally getting ready to return, so this was a very generous deal! The sweatshirts and the print on them are good quality - definitely coming back!
