GBThe porterhouse was great! The porterhouse was full of flavor! I cooked it over hardwood to 130deg. Cracked black pepper, Sicilian sea salt, make you want throw your arms up and say lord oh lord. Perfect!

GBEveryone should be doing this!!! I don't know why every family isn't getting their beef from the Scholze Family Farms. Great product. Really, really good prices. Fast turnaround time in terms of delivery. They have my business for the foreseeable future.

GBCold day comfort! Fast delivery and fully frozen. Packaged nicely! I have only sampled one roast so far but very good! Made in crockpot as a potroast, fed the 3 of us (2 being large eaters) with leftovers. Smelled great after a long day of teaching on a cold day!

GBGreat example of a wisconsin farm, quality is there name, so support your farmers always a 10 even it only goes up to a five, great customer service, very nice people and down to earth. great steaks, frozen when it gets here. Been ordering from this farm for a while
