Excellent I have ordered meat from Scholze since May of 2020. The meat is delicious and comes exactly as described. Customer service is outstanding. I have a a rare occurrence of not having a item and they give me excellent options to replace and communicate it well. Love that the packaging is more environmentally friendly (green cell) and meat always comes frozen. The ground beef is super lean and a family favorite.

Everyone should be doing this!!! I don't know why every family isn't getting their beef from the Scholze Family Farms. Great product. Really, really good prices. Fast turnaround time in terms of delivery. They have my business for the foreseeable future.

First time ordering but absolutely not… First time ordering but absolutely not the last. I was very impressed with this steak. We are novice at delicious cooking and this was the best steak I have ever had by far! Can't wait until it's back in stock so I can get more!!!
