GBI grilled the NY Strip steaks and was… I grilled the NY Strip steaks and was disappointed. They were chewy and hard to cut. Received as a gift and wouldn't recommend

GBInstant Pot Box Sampler I purchased the Instant Pot Box Sampler and was pleasantly surprised with 1) The ease of ordering; 2) The swiftness of the delivery; 3) The amount of meat/bang for the buck; 4) So far, we've only had one of the roasts, but I am so excited to have found Scholze Family Farms for all of my meat needs!

GBExcellent I have ordered meat from Scholze since May of 2020. The meat is delicious and comes exactly as described. Customer service is outstanding. I have a a rare occurrence of not having a item and they give me excellent options to replace and communicate it well. Love that the packaging is more environmentally friendly (green cell) and meat always comes frozen. The ground beef is super lean and a family favorite.
