The porterhouse was great! The porterhouse was full of flavor! I cooked it over hardwood to 130deg. Cracked black pepper, Sicilian sea salt, make you want throw your arms up and say lord oh lord. Perfect!

Cold day comfort! Fast delivery and fully frozen. Packaged nicely! I have only sampled one roast so far but very good! Made in crockpot as a potroast, fed the 3 of us (2 being large eaters) with leftovers. Smelled great after a long day of teaching on a cold day!
