Order damaged When I got my order, Fed Ex called as the package had broke open due to the ice melting. Once received, the steak packages were torn and the meat was exposed. I sent pictured. I repackaged them and re-froze them. The steaks are very good, but the delivery process was clearly flawed. Thank you,

AMAZING!!!!!! I read a review on Kitchn about Mr. Steak and was intrigued. After discussing it with my husband, I decided to give it a try... OMG!!! I wasn't disappointed! When my order arrived, it was packaged exactly as described on the website. Our box contained burgers, filets, strip steaks and a boneless ribeye. The craft brisket burgers were wonderful!! They were huge, juicy and packed so much flavor that minimal seasoning was required! The filet was absolutely the best we've ever had!! It literally melted in our mouths! We can't wait to try the rest of our box!!!

Grease Fires Are you a fan of burnt meat? Really like when a grill flairs up uncontrollably? Then do I have the grill for you! Due to a poor design flaw in the heat deflectors, they act as a grease traps catching all that rendered fat resulting in an uncontrollable grease fire. Seared steaks? Nope. Chicken? Burnt. Pork chops? Abysmal. Save your money and buy a Weber.

This is one of the easiest reviews ever This is one of the easiest reviews I’ve ever written. These steaks are by far the best I’ve ever ordered, and I’ve tried all the other mail order steak companies. Not that the others are not good, but I think Mr. Steak is better. They don’t have all they other food options like the other companies, their focus is steak, and it shows in the quality you get. My new go-to steak company.

Great experience so far ordering went smoothly. called when shipment was not going to arrive on second day. The young lady I spoke with was very friendly and courteous and told me what I was to do when shipment arrived in order to make sure the product was safe. She is a good representative for the company. The shipment arrived late the next day but was safe. If the products taste as good as they look this is a fine company.
