GBFilets are excellent Filets are excellent. I would order the smaller size next time as the large ones are difficult to cook and are meant for two people (at least people with larger appetites than me).

GBOrder damaged When I got my order, Fed Ex called as the package had broke open due to the ice melting. Once received, the steak packages were torn and the meat was exposed. I sent pictured. I repackaged them and re-froze them. The steaks are very good, but the delivery process was clearly flawed. Thank you,

GBWorth Trying After a bit of a hiccup at the beginning of our ordering process which everything eventually worked out just fine. Customer service quickly rectified the technical glitch that occurred when placing our initial order. This initial order was a gift for someone and they did send a picture after they cooked the first T-bone steaks and it looked amazing they said the steaks were delicious the packaging was great so all in all a huge plus. The number one priority is customer service and Mr. steak went above and beyond to rectify the error, which we were very appreciative of. Quick delivery, great packaging, fair pricing, and terrific customer service- and for all these reasons they have earned our business moving forward.
