5 Stars! 5 Stars! This is the second order for me. I have got to say that firstly, the shipment came so fast, both times. I was very impressed with the way it was packaged and the care you took to make it safe in transporting. Secondly, we have NEVER had ground beef that tasted as great as this ground beef. It was absolutely delicious! I am positively sold on continuing to purchase Wagyu beef. Thank you for offering such a exceptional product.

Recently bought (2) NY Strips Recently bought (2) NY Strips. Shipped fast and packaged well to preserve them. Steaks were only 1/2" thick. Had heavy marbling so had to cook very gently to prevent overcooking. Honestly, the marbling overwhelmed the steak's beef content and just tasted fatty. It was disappointing. I expected the steaks to be at least 3/4" thick or thicker. I've bought Wagyu many times from other sources and had a much better experience. Will not buy again. Not worth the price.

This is the REAL thing This is the REAL thing. If you want the best, you've found the right place. So much better than grocery stores, or even your local butcher shop. I sliced the kabobs into stroganoff strips and seared them before cooking the onions and mushrooms. The difference is beyond words. I even used fat-free sour cream (so as not to give me a gout flareup) and it was by leaps and bounds the best batch ever! Worth every penny, try it!

We Sous Vide the meat at 132 degrees for 4 hours than finished them @ 500 degrees on a Dome Charcoal Grill With Hickory Wood Chips for 2 minutes per side . Will Definitely Be Back For More !!!!!
