GBTrimmed more than half a 15 lb brisket… Trimmed more than half a 15 lb brisket off to lard. There's a difference between marbling and lard. Very Very disappointed for the money. Will never buy again.

GBRecently bought (2) NY Strips Recently bought (2) NY Strips. Shipped fast and packaged well to preserve them. Steaks were only 1/2" thick. Had heavy marbling so had to cook very gently to prevent overcooking. Honestly, the marbling overwhelmed the steak's beef content and just tasted fatty. It was disappointing. I expected the steaks to be at least 3/4" thick or thicker. I've bought Wagyu many times from other sources and had a much better experience. Will not buy again. Not worth the price.

GBThis is the REAL thing This is the REAL thing. If you want the best, you've found the right place. So much better than grocery stores, or even your local butcher shop. I sliced the kabobs into stroganoff strips and seared them before cooking the onions and mushrooms. The difference is beyond words. I even used fat-free sour cream (so as not to give me a gout flareup) and it was by leaps and bounds the best batch ever! Worth every penny, try it!
