Recently bought (2) NY Strips Recently bought (2) NY Strips. Shipped fast and packaged well to preserve them. Steaks were only 1/2" thick. Had heavy marbling so had to cook very gently to prevent overcooking. Honestly, the marbling overwhelmed the steak's beef content and just tasted fatty. It was disappointing. I expected the steaks to be at least 3/4" thick or thicker. I've bought Wagyu many times from other sources and had a much better experience. Will not buy again. Not worth the price.

The shipping was fast and they arrived… The shipping was fast and they arrived perfectly still frozen. Me and the wife grilled them on a gas grill. I dont know how to put into words how amazing these are. Weve never had a burger that comes even remotely close to these. Theyre so insanely delicious. After trying these we want to buy 5lbs of the ground beef and try the steaks. Its crazy how worth the money these are. Will definitely be spending more money with this company!

I was very impressed with the way it was packaged and the care you took to make it safe in transporting. Secondly, we have NEVER had ground beef that tasted as great as this ground beef. It was absolutely delicious! I am positively sold on continuing to purchase Wagyu beef. Thank you for offering such a exceptional product.

The first two orders were fine The first two orders were fine. My third order was terrible. I purchased 4 strip steaks at 79.00 a piece. My 8 year old son refused to eat the steak. I have never had anything so tough in my life. I notified the company before I wrote this review. I asked them to refund my unused portion of the gift card. They said no. No refund, No replacement and no return of unused money. I have been a chef for over 25 years so I know how to cook if you are wondering. The steaks were also very small.
