I sliced the kabobs into stroganoff strips and seared them before cooking the onions and mushrooms. The difference is beyond words. I even used fat-free sour cream (so as not to give me a gout flareup) and it was by leaps and bounds the best batch ever! Worth every penny, try it!

The best Wagyu steaks ever! I recently purchased a Miyazakigyu Wagyu Strip Steak from Double 8 Cattle Co, and I can't say enough how absolutely delicious it was! Beyond delicious, beyond tender...I had to force myself not to eat the entire thing, as I wanted a piece for morning to have with eggs. I then ordered a Miyazakigyu filet mignon, and it was out of this world!!! I loved it so much! Iwill purchase again very very soon.

Trimmed more than half a 15 lb brisket… Trimmed more than half a 15 lb brisket off to lard. There's a difference between marbling and lard. Very Very disappointed for the money. Will never buy again.
