GBTrimmed more than half a 15 lb brisket… Trimmed more than half a 15 lb brisket off to lard. There's a difference between marbling and lard. Very Very disappointed for the money. Will never buy again.

I was very impressed with the way it was packaged and the care you took to make it safe in transporting. Secondly, we have NEVER had ground beef that tasted as great as this ground beef.
